dis might probably b my last post on dis thread

i dnt knw banix and certainly do not av issues with him or his business. Am not a car dealer 4 now but who knows. I am just a straight Nigerian who believes d wrong done can be corrected. D purpose of dis thread is to get banix 2 do what he shld av earlier done as a credible dealer when dis problem ws mentioned 2 him d first time and also 4 him 2 accept or deny dat he knew abt d state of d car b4 selling. I sincerely hope something positive comes out of dis.

alot of time & energy has gone in2 dis issue and d buyer still isnt driving his car. . . .how about both parties sit down and make an agreement. you've got a right 2 speech, but i jst feel u went about it slightly wrongly and dats y u didnt get d collectiv +ve responses from Onwan, netotse & co. . . . sure none of 'em want 2 hush u up irrespectiv

Unfortunaetly most of d other dealers dat "obviously" see this thread kip quiet n don't interfere/advise (conflict of interest my ass) wich is kindda appauling. Moreso it's obvious both parties share a huge percentage of d blame. I don't care if d true buyer of d car's aware of d thread (or d figures) but wahts d way foward from here cos dis will serve as a reference 4 d nxt issue wif d nxt Nigerian used car that didn't go down well

I honestly always respected ur stand not only in dis case but in all cases u've bin involvd wif. As most tyms ur d only 1 on d side of d dealer. Personally I've got an issue wif a NL dealer wich outshadows dis case by miles, but I aint cumin here hittin out meanilessly. I'm not gonna justify Banix's nor Ayu's actions, but I'm only making comments based on what I see. I bliv a lot wld b achieved by communication btwn d buyer(ayu inclusiv) and dealer directly rather dan on NL. If that isn't yeilding results then dis is a vaible option(my 2cents)
Bac 2 d issue:
I've discoverd dat most buyers r over-zealous wen it cums 2 buyin ur own car(xpecially if its ur 1st & u fink u got a good deal) n dealers take advantage of dat a lot. Ayu's friend came wif a mechanic who certified d car was OK b4 purchase, its either d mechanic is super-quack or Banix did a super-job of hiding all these car faults, wich 1 is it?
If Banix finally refunds 1.5m(assuminly) 2 d buyer, he'll still put up dat same car up 4 sale 2 another buyer. Why shld a buyer spend 300k on a car n it still aint working wen it was fine wen it left d dearler's shop?

If banix had sold dis particular for say 700k and aye's friend had it resold almost immediately for 1.2m does banix have d right 2 ask 4 mor money from aye's friend cos he sold it so so cheap?

In summary:
Banix (definately)probably knew the TRUE state of d car however good or bad b4 purchase. He helpd someone else sell off d car. Aye's friend has raked up "300k" in repairs from various mechanics and car still doesn't work even after a "certified" checkup and test drivesssss prior 2 purchase

What exactly do hope 2 achieve by opening dis thread?

@poster. . . It's obvious u want d camry so go for irrespectiv irrespectiv of wich is technically a better car. "Personally" I'll pick d 2009 Highlander from d options available but have u considered d 2009 AVALON, it's much better dan d camry

I always search cars thoroughly before delivery to clients, just incase some $100 bills are tucked somewhere.

i wuldnt touch those $100 bills if i were u. . . . . they're actually tracking devices disguised as $100 bills which blow up once they are @ least 10meters away from that particular Camry. Dealer did install about 10 of them in various obvious places. he's gonna send me the detonator sometime next month

I am not suprised at all this because our lord Jesus told us that these will be signs of the last days. That false prophets will rise and work miracle in his name and deceive many. Satan is raising his false prophets in churches today, especially the non vigilant (spiritually) churches. Its not only in Anglican but check out some of the penticostal churches today, the kind of sermon they preach is 99 percent prosperity while the message of Jesus second coming and that of holiness is left in the cooler. We need to pray for God to open the eyes of people so that they beging to see the deceit of the enemy in some of these pastors. In the church I attend, prosperity preaching comes up as little as may be 10 percent in a month. Yet we prosper very well. Irrespective of whatever money one is making I still value my heavenly journey far more than material wealth. What is good, cars, nice houses and assets compared to heaven? Heaven is too sweet a place. I desire heaven so much and God will surely grant it to me and all who desires it. Amen.

how convinient it is to just invoke Jesus' calim that during the end time false prophet would emerge everytime this sort of thing emerges. . . .why allow "satanic prophets" into the church system in the 1st place. Ghana government rewards Black Stars with $20,000 each

Ghana's Black Stars each receive a $20,000 bonus from their government 
Each member of Ghana's Black Stars has been given a $20,000 bonus for reaching the final of the Africa Cup of Nations in Angola.

The announcement was made by President John Atta Mills at a reception for the team in the Ghana capital Accra.

The Black Stars reached the final despite fielding a young squad as many of its first team players pulled out of the tournament with injuries.

They eventually lost 1-0 to defending champions Egypt.

President Mills also congratulated coach Milovan Rajevac and his technical team and asked them to work harder ahead of the World Cup.

"Indeed, no one can deny that we have a great team in a making and I am very confident that come June this year, we are going to shock the world," the President said.

As many of six of the Black Stars' more established players like Stephen Appiah and John Pantsil missed the tournament through injuries.

Chelsea midfielder Michael Essien made the squad but a hamstring problem sustained in training during the tournament, meant he only played 45 minutes in the team's very first game.

In a thank you gesture, Black Stars captain Richard Kingson donated his autographed number 22 jersey, worn during the Nations Cup final, to the President.
