I noticed sometimes around November that I couldn't make transfer on my account, at first I thought I needed to update my mobile app which I did, but I was still getting the error notification, I then put a call through to their customer care line twice, just to be sure of the reason, the customer care rep said I needed to update my KYC details (Know your customer details) of which I made frantic efforts in getting the needed documents, prior to that the second customer care rep which I spoke to gave me the number of the head of customer care at Epe (where my account was domiciled),I spoke to the guy who assured me the issue will be rectified, only for him to call me 3 days later that the issue can't be rectified, that the order of the freeze placed on my account was from the Ondo Nigerian Police force, so I asked him what the way out was, he said I'll have to prepare to go to Ondo but since I'm heavy and expectant i might want to do all that after delivery, I explained the issue to my hubby but he insisted that I kick start the process instead of delaying till after delivery, few days later, he called me again and said I might not have to go to Ondo, that I should go to any nearest police station, when I get there I should give the phone to any police officer that he will tell them what to do, I did same and my hubby and some few friends advised that I shouldn't go alone but with the company of my lawyer and all that stuffs that Nigerian police could be funny...

Still not satisfied with the hide and seek game First bank as playing with me, I consulted a lawyer in my church who is like a mother to me, she asked me some questions relating to why she think my account my frozen, she asked about my account balance, THE balance on my account as at the time we talked was 142,726 and this proceeds came from my Npower Salary and which I didn't collect from August till November and the online training which I ran on various skills and crafts, fashion and make up etc... now which totalled my balance to 172+.

So she asked what I suspected as the result of the freeze.. I Told her that during one of my trainings, A lady and her husband called and said i was impersonating his wife by using her videos to make money online and that if I don't put a stop to it, he will ask his lawyer to sue me.... Etcetera, sincerely I was using the lady's video for my tutorial class, combined with mine and some others for the class and I bluntly told them that I didn't get the videos directly from them, someone else sold the videos to me and that people also use my materials for yheir trainings and they shouldn't disturb me about it, and looking at their location from Facebook, I noticed they live IN akure Ondo, so I suspected that the arrangement is likely from them...

After explaining all that to my lawyer, my lawyer wrote a letter to the bank asking why my bank was frozen without notifying me formally and giving me reasons for the freeze but up till now they've not responded.
So recently I asked a friend who works at the headquarter to help me check and he said The Efcc ordered it, right now I don't know what to do... DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START FROM, DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT STEP TO TAKE, ALTHOUGH I'VE SOUGHT LEGAL ADVICE FROM SOME FRIENDS, AND THEY SAID I SHOULD START BY SUEING THE BANK FOR NOT PROPERLLY INFORMING ME WHY MY ACCOUNT WAS FROZEN, PLEASE ABLE MAMAS WITH EXPERIENCE ON THIS, KINDLY BAIL ME OUT, COS THE TRUTH IS IF THIS MY MUMMY LAWYER TAKES UP THE CASE FOR ME, I WILL HAVE TO SPEND MONEY, ALL I HAVE IN MY ACCOUNT IS 172K PLUS, AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO IT, SO RIGHT NOW I DON'T KNOW WHICH OTHER OPTION WILL BE BEST FOR ME...... PLEASE ADVICE.

By telling people you will never remove their email, you are telling them I'm tying you down with me forever and there is nothing you can do about it. That's one of the most stupid business strategies I have ever come across in my few years of online business. Are you the only exchanger around? Must I always transact with you? Why must I change my email every time? You think some of us don't have serious things we do with our emails. That was my official email since secondary school which you tied down with you. For those that don't know the implication of her decision on me, it means anytime I work for someone and I ask them to pay into PayPal via my email, she will be the one to receive the money. I won't have direct access to the reward of my labour. I will forever be at her mercy!!

Maybe you should start telling your customers that once they do business with you one time, they are tied to you forever with their email. I have exchangers who added and removed my emails after transaction and all went well. You were talking to me as if I'm a novice with PayPal and knew nothing about it even though I told you I have created one. Of course, I was forced to do the exchange with you at the end because you had tied me down since I couldn't change my email and fiverr only gave me 24 hours to withdraw my money in the blocked account. I had to create a new email after the transaction because the former one became useless to my online business as I swear never to trade with you again. That won't be possible if I don't get a new email since I will be forced to trade with you. So, I abandoned the email for you since you enjoy having it linked to your account. Not only that, you took advantage of my situation to give me a lower rate of exchange other than the previous transactions with you even though you didn't inform me beforehand that you will be giving me a lower rate. So, because I kept mute about that, you think I didn't know. I only pity those who sees you as worthy of a reputable exchanger. They only need one or two transactions with you to know how rude you can be.

You heard the OP said that it takes him 45 Mins to get to Ikorodu garage. And from Ikorodu garage, you cannot get a direct bus to Surulere unless you use BRT. You can then imagine the distance between that place and Surulere.
