You have to exercise patient, it is not the guy fault but custom in benin fault. The custom here have problem with there power supply body, and they went on strike. They just resume work on wednesday. I have nine cars to be cleared in market and all my clients are on my neck. Just calm down for the guy, your car will be deliver to you safely by God's grace.
