I reserved my comment but in all sincerity, it's high time federal government allowed law takes its course on our so called law enforcement agents.

That is why some people believe that nothing can work in this country. How do you explain this kind of organisation where you can just wake up and ascribe any rank of your choice to yourself?
I think the matter should be well investigated, cos even if they wear unauthorized ranks, do they still pay themselves salaries and allowances meant for their self styled ranks.

I see it as more of economic reasons than racial complex.
By the way if the landlord opts to indiscriminately hike the rents ,there won't be much fuss from the foreigners , unlike our folks who would be ready to enforce rents law.
