Abagworo: Rivers will still be won by APC. The whole nonsense will be cancelled and a real election will hold under Buhari. The damage done by Jonathan to Rivers State and Nigeria in his bid to extend his tenure will take military action to solve. My 'frnd', just savor this victory and quit DREAMING unnecessarily. |

Symphony007: responsible? A supporter of the party if tinubu and ameachi accusing others of irresponsibility? Please tell tinubu to return all the stolen money and properties of lagos, also tell ameachi to return all the stolen billions and loans of the rivers people! Ask dakuku what he did in his fours years as works commissioner and subsequently representative for opobo people talk less of rivers people that he wants to be governor, it's utterly pathetic how members of a criminal party have the brass to point fingers at others, a classic case of post calling kettle black, that is why this country will never grow or change. God bless you!! |

O boy!!! See election!! Na so election suppose be.
Whateva the outcome of this election, Okorocha just won my respect politically. To be holding ground like this with PDP in Imo State under the platform of that leprosy party, APC?? #RESPECT
By d way, you guys should try to be updating the total votes as each new LGA come in. #folliwing |

prettyboi1: Grow up! Amaechi is a NIGERIAN and he has the freedom and choice to relate and associate and/or vice-versa with whichever other Nigerian(s) he wishes. Jonathan's government was/is a failure to Nigerian history and most Nigerians in general and thats why he was voted out....so don't blame Amaechi. Cheers. And those of us from Rivers and the Niger Delta are also NIGERIANS. And we have the freedom and choice to relate and associate with ourselves in order to deal with Ameachi now and for the rest of his days. Statting from this Rivers election. Cheers |

Meaning the election would be declared inconclusive.
Except the difference between the leading candidates is more than the total No of registered voters in those 3 LGAs |

Sweetguy25: Abokkii you will lose. You bloody traitor! I don't think Okorocha was a traitor. He was only passionate about his political beliefs and interests, and pursued them. You cannot blame him for that. I wish him well in his political journey, whatever way it turns The traitor extraordinaire is Ameachi. For that Shameless man , it was personal. Just cos of some personal beef, he did every thing within his powers and beyond to remove his own 'brother' from the Presidency. It is Ameachi that MUST be punished by the people of Rivers and the Niger Delta, starting with making sure his candidates lose WOEFULLY in this week's Rivers elections . And we would continue to do so for the remaining days of his miserable life. |

bishopjoe02: I don't have the official result yet. oshiomole wasn't fair to d last PDP lawmakers. he use an unconstitutional means to impeach him. They might want their pound of fleah nw. oshiomole didn't perform that much. the only reason pple r seeing him as Saint is because lucky was so bad. Agreed. Esp @emboldened. But Impeaching him?? No. Believe me, he would attract the sympathy of most people in Edo then esp as you said they remember that he was different from that colossal failure Lucky. Moreover, his tenure is just about one year away. I say, PDP should wait till then and try to remove him through the ballot box. |

phlemzy: Those APC-19 lawmakers are aware too that their chances of returning are very slim. The more reason why they will tirelessly continue their journey on impeachment comes next week. They will be DELAYED till June 3 by any means necessary. Then they will be cast into political oblivion in that state. Gerrit?? |

Mynd44: This is where she said Agbaje and the PDP handled it badly.
Agbaje did not say that but his supporters did. Should we punish Agbaje for what his supporters said no?
But remember that Ambode never insulted any tribe. The Oba did but we seem to want to punish Ambode for what the Oba said.
Same logic at play In other words, Agbaje never said anything against Yorubas as Obiagelli so ignorantly and sheepishly claimed. Thanks |

Obiagelli: Both of them was about people in the lagoon. What should i be ashamed of? I condemned the oba and his statement, but its ok for agbaje to tow the same line when the apc and its candidate dissociated themselves from the oba. No!!! One of them was a tirade against a whole people and their free choice to vote whoever they want to ; the other is just mere political talk in a rally against another political party. There is no comparison. By the way, you have still not stated where Jk said or did something against Yorubas as a response to that acidic statement from the uncount Oba |
