A lot of the flight tickets with multi-stops I’m seeing are self-transfer. Meaning I’ll need to re-check in by myself at these stops, is it advisable to take such tickets?

Hello. I booked a flight with Turkish Airlines that goes from Ghana (Kotoka international airport) to Antalya Airport there will be a stopover at Istanbul Airport. After reaching Antalya Airport I will be catching another flight from there to Bristol UK with easyJet Airline.

My question is will I need transit visa going from Istanbul to Antalya and will this also apply when I’m taking my flight from Antalya to Bristol UK. (Regardless if I'm arriving or departing from International or Domestic Terminals)

I booked flight ticket since May and my wife and I were getting scared that we might not be able to meet up, but we thank God for God’s miracle. It’s been a big wait that would make one always panic. I check my mailbox more than 100 times a day as our visa application had passed the normal 15 working days stipulated.

I pray everyone still waiting gets good news soon.

If you have a valid US visa, then you won't be needing a transit visa .

Good morning to everyone...Am going through some difficult time with IOM and I know am not the only one in this,I was able to book my TB test last week(9th of August) and I was scheduled for 14th August,I made transfer to the account rolled out by their customer care (Standard Chartered Bank) and message them with the Booking appointment confirmation message and payment receipt,till the booking day they didn't get back to me so I went to IOM on that Monday (14th August) but we were told we are holding draft appointment not yet confirmed (over 50persons were in this on that Monday) We were told to go back home and message them with our passports and payment confirmation and I did email them on that Monday they replied me on Tuesday to send my passports in PDF format which I did immediately and till now they haven't reply me even after sending messages everyday till this morning nothing yet... Pls if anyone know what else I can do or anyone who's in the same situation like mine and have been able to solve the problem. 😠😡

NYSC and Medical Internship Certificates will suffice

Besides you have less than 5years study gap.

Still include them in your application anyway

I have some questions on study gap & supporting documents, please pardon my inexperience with the visa stuff, I joined the threads late.

Finished NYSC 2021 and did a 1 yr internship until Jan 2023, after which I started the Msc applications

Do I need to submit a reference letter from the office I worked in during NYSC (still had some adhoc engagements with them even until last month)

Lastly, a professional license is only gotten after a typical internship, do I still need to get a reference from the hospital I interned to explain the study gap between 2022 till this year (my school didn't ask for this though)

Or can just the certificates for both (nysc & internship) support my claims

Next half payment is £11k would that be the sum you are paying?

From UKVI point of view, you don't necessarily need to but your next payment due date may be too close to when you resume. You don't want your first week/ month of Uni to be filled with chasing you for your tuition payment.

Based on that you should try to pay more tuition, ask for an updated CAS and submit same plus receipt from your Uni when you go for biometrics
