I have also warned to keep calculating your fares intermittently on taxify when on a trip. Say every 3km or so, at least you're sure 200 should have added. If not inform your rider app has hung and do the needful. Offline or restart waka

I picked up a ride at Ketu she was going to ajah.. we spent about 3-4hrs I Neva switched of my phone nor tamper with it except for playing music on it... finally I ended the trip and to my greatest surprise it was 1700 the app calculated 155mins trip
