Don't go to YouTube first, it will waste your time.
Create a blog, maybe with .
Link it to a custom domain, you can get .com.ng for around #1,250.

Start playing around it, write articles, build backlinks, send traffic, Google ways to make money with your blog and play around them too.
It's more interesting going to YT after experiencing difficulties than just spending your whole time there, without any experiences.
