Yes, NYSC creates letter of exemption automatically for any pcm that graduates after the pcm clocks 30, but the pcm has to apply first before the letter is sent to the school, so if he/she doesn't apply then he/she will be posted, this is what I was told when I inquired.

if your course mates have seen then yours is there. It is most likely due to error in your name. Just go ahead and register. Then go to your student affairs for correction.

This is false info, if you can't see your name then the portal will not let you register, find your name first, even though some of your uploaded credentials are wrong then proceed to register.

for imsu pcms I just spoke with my contact, she said their rep went to abuja today 4th july for the uploading so as soon as nysc opens their portal for registration endeavor to check your name.
