She is a university student, and one of her lecturers, who is married and much older than her, has been making repeated advances toward her. He keeps asking her to meet privately, sends messages frequently, and has hinted that being "friendly" with him could make things easier academically.

She has politely declined every invitation and has tried to avoid encouraging him in any way. However, she is now worried because he teaches one of her core courses and she fears that rejecting him could affect her grades.

Recently, the pressure has become so overwhelming that she broke down in tears. She doesn't want any relationship with him, but she's also afraid of possible retaliation if she reports him.

Has anyone experienced something similar? What would be the safest and most practical way for her to handle this without putting her education at risk?

My ex was fond of insulting her aunties that were above 30. She kept saying they don't want to look for husband and marry. That she can't get to that age single.
So she dumped me for someone else that was doing better than me and he promised her marriage.
The guy ate and dumped her. She was shy to come back to me and tried a couple of guys but realised I was the best.
Well she came back and after 3 years that I didn't love her, else I would have fought for her. I told her I was sorry and was praying she comes back safe.

She asks, I come up with excuses. She says “okay” then asks a fortnight later. I come up with excuses again. She keeps at it without shame until I gift her once. She goes silent for a month then returns demanding more.
