I caught my girlfriend cheating, and unfortunately, she confessed to me that she only slept with the guy once. She said she doesn’t know what came over her and that she deeply regrets what she did.

Honestly, I’m completely heartbroken. I was already making plans to marry her, and now I feel like something inside me has changed. I don’t feel the same love for her anymore, and I’m struggling to even see our relationship the way I used to.

To make things even more difficult, she suspects that she might be pregnant. I’m almost certain the pregnancy wouldn’t be mine because I always use protection whenever we have sex.

I honestly don’t know what to do. I’m confused and emotionally overwhelmed. She has been crying since yesterday, and she looks really depressed. I feel terrible seeing her like this, and I still care about her as a person, but at the same time, I can’t ignore how deeply her actions have hurt me.

I was preparing myself for marriage, and now I’m questioning everything. I don’t know whether I should try to forgive her and rebuild the relationship or walk away because the love and trust I had for her don’t feel the same anymore.

Sometimes, some guys see you with a fine girl, and then they start going on these tirades just to embarrass you in front of the girl and make her lose interest in you, instead of finding their own girls.

This has happened to me a lot. But I never go physical because I have this ideology that if a girl genuinely likes you, she should stay without you having to fight another man over her.

But omo, these girls keep leaving whenever these dudes step in, and honestly, I’m tired.

Fun fact: these dudes also have money, though not more than me.

In fact, one of them deliberately said it within my hearing once: “Them don collect this guy wife again.”

So at this point, should I start fighting other men over women, or should I just remain single and hope that eventually I’ll meet a woman who won’t leave simply because another guy tries to interfere?

First, what are survival jobs? Survival jobs are jobs you do temporarily to make ends meet for a particular time or period. They are meant to be a means to an end and not the end itself. This implies that you do not do it because it is fun or important on its own. You do it only to get what you want at the end. The end here could be to save up money for tuition, for a project, to acquire a skill ot training, or to weather the storm.

I have seen a lot of people spend countless years on a survival job. No promotion, no advancement, no increase, no future prospect, just nothing! Everyday turns to every year, and it becomes decades with nothing to show for it. The basic truth is that survival jobs CAN NEVER make you rich. I repeat, survival jobs CAN NEVER make you rich. They are jobs you do temporarily while working on some other things that can improve your life.

It is pertinent to note that survival jobs are not bad, because they could serve as starting points and also means to an end. Staying on them for long is the negative aspect here.

When you are on a survival job, do it with one leg and one eye. The other leg and other eye should be exploring other opportunities. You should know what that means. Use your tongue to count your teeth. Na only Nollywood movies poor gate man go see missing money, then the rich man go give am 50 million Naira as appreciation. Use your brain.

With all sincerity, do not stay on a survival job for more than two years. I have seen people work for 15 to 20 years, still living in same environment, and still can't afford basic things nor live a decent life. And one terrible thing about survival jobs is that you could get so familiar with them to the extent where you cannot venture into something else again.

The fact that Iran could stand up to your western masters is something most of you still can't wrap your heads around.
