Not only at home is the war unpopular, even among USA allies.
Because the war is baseless

Worryingly:
Chief, I understand and completely concur. I know Iran is severely disadvantaged.

The USA was always going to suffer some casualties and destruction too; that's why it's a war. No one emerges from a war unscathed, especially when it's not a conflict between, say, Burundi and China.

My angst is directed at people who genuinely believe Iran is any match for the US.

The only reason Iran is still standing is because, in the American homeland, the war is hugely unpopular, and the US government has had to administer a war that even the international community viewed as intimidation and unnecessary aggression.

Believe me, if we had a hypothetical situation where Iran targeted and killed JD Vance or John Roberts in a gruesome manner and made a spectacle of it, that country would be brought down within weeks.

I'm using this extreme example to illustrate what a war would look like if there were no domestic or international pressure on the US to exercise restraint.

The only country in the world who I belive can really stand up to the US is China, not even the lousy Russians.

Guys, I want to explain something that has been bothering me, and I need everyone to understand the situation before making any judgment.

A woman called me some months ago and told me that she has an 11-year-old daughter for me. The confusing part is that we had unprotected sex in the past, but at that time she was already in a serious relationship, and she clearly told me that the child was not mine.
