In war that 1400 Israeli civilians equals the civilians killed on the other side. You don't see any issue in the life lost on the Israeli end but see everything wrong with casualties on Hamas end. Once a a classified military targeted like the leader of Hamas is in your building that building automatically becomes a military,target. Sometimes Intel comes within a very short period to act else target moves to another location.
