Lmao most of you tend to confuse specs on paper with real life usage, all those specs you mentioned are just on paper. the pixel is smoother due to optimization and cleaner software, the main camera is also better

I don't judge base on only specs mentioned on paper. Yes the pixel feel smoother and more fluid due to clean software. But where the samsung 120hz really have advantage over the pixel 4xl is in games and movies that support up to 120 fps. It will feel smoother than the pixel. And yes the pixel have better main camera than s20fe since picture taken from the pixel 4xl looks more natural while the s20fe looks more saturated and also more versatile

choose the S20 fe. It have better performanance, the camera is on par with s20, it also comes with night mode, ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, better battery life, higher refresh rate (120hz compare to 90hz in pixel 4xl), and it offers better value for the money.

There is no way you can use 3g on that phone. I am talking from experience. I had a phone with huawei body when I switch on the phone it showed tecno logo. I tought it was a tecno phone but when the phone finish booting. I noticed that the UI Is different from that of tecno, some apps in it are similar to that of huawei. When I checked the network setting I saw 2g/3g/4g option, which made me think that the phone was 4g but when browsing I noticed the phone was slower than 3g. Not until I went the Sim management in the phone that I found out it was EDGE (2G) And not 4G. I tried all my best to improve the network speed like tweaking the Apn setting. But it was to no avail.

Like always, I was stupid again today, so I bought this A31 phone today.

Which brand? I honestly don't know except that when I switch it off I see a Tecno logo. Why one would purchase a phone brand that has no explicit description still baffles me. My instinct tells me it is an Oppo A31 though, because when I did a factory reset, the Bluetooth name states just that. That isn't the reason I am typing. The problem now is, I am unable to use 3g and 4g on the phone. I even tried *#4636#*#*

The options states that 4g/3g/2g would be switched automatically. However, only 2g works. I have tried every thing. Someone should help me please.

the phone that you just bought is a fake phone. My advice is to return the phone back to the person that sold it to you and collect your money.

I'm trying to get a good phone between the range of 120 - 150.. Iphone xr and Google pixel 4xl were my main options.. But the thing is, I'm not really an iPhone person, I most preferred the 4xl but I was let down when I found out that it doesn't have a fingerprint sensor..

I have seen a lot of good review about the 4xl device on the internet but are there any 4xl users on here who can shed more light on this.. I'll most appreciate cos I want to bank on this phone.

D pixel 4xl is the better choice. The pixel 4xl comes with a better display (oled compare to the lcd in xr and QHD Display compare to hd in xr), higher refresh rate 90hz compare to 60hz on xr. Better camera comparable to iphone 11 pro, night mode and a telephoto camera. The face unlock is very secure since it comes with a 3d face unlock sensor like the one found on xr.

I think you misunderstood my previous statement, so I will make it clearer.
Each Snapdragon chipset comes with a specific network modem. The modem attached to the SD 870 is called X55, and it's been around since 2019. It's the same modem used in MTN 5G ZTE MC801A router. Flagship chipsets, like SD 8 Gen 1 use X65 modem, SD 8 Gen 2 use X70 modem. So, flagship 5G modems perform better than midrange modems.

i understand your previous statement that the 5g modem in sd 8 gen 1 and 8 gen 2 performs better than the 5g modem in sd 870. What I was trying to say was that I hardly see other OEM manufacture a phone with same performance as xiaomi midrange phone for that same price. And the sd x55 modem in the poco f3 is faster than most midrange phones with that same price. And the SD x55 modem in the SD870 is better than SD x53 in SD778G that is in most midrange phone with a higher price.

The 5G X55 modem in the SD 870 is actually not as good as the modems in the flagship chipsets. So you will get faster speed using flagship devices.

Xiaomi midrange phone are really good they offer better value for the money even samsung galaxy a73 using SD 778G that cost 350k is far behind poco f3 and f4 in term of performance and charging speed.

Get a 5G phone and if possible, get the MTN 5G router also. The advantage of a router or MiFi is that you can place them in spots where network is best in your house, and then connect to them from anywhere within your house.

Which android skin do you prefer? Is it the pixel stock android, the samsung oneUI, the oneplus oxygenOS, the xiaomi MIUI, the oppo colorOS, the tecno HiOS or the infinix XOS. I Prefer the samsung oneUI Because of the features, and it is well polished and welloptimized.

Overall best - Google Pixel 7 pro: better value for the money, better camera for photos. and better machine learning for speech to text regocnition and photo unblur.

Then they banned them from using 5g and using google services (since d u.s saw that almost every smartphone users both android and iphone can't do without google service). And they stopped TSMC from manufacturing chips for them. When huawei tried to purchase an EUV machine (which samsung and TSMC use in making smartphone processor) from ASMC, d u.s stopped them from purchasing it. Telling other countries not to associate in any business with huawei. Thinking that will crumble huawei's business. But that didn't happen. Even if they kept producing one flagship model(d P series) in a year instead of two with d mate series. Huawei have already overtake them to become d most popular smartphone brand in d world, b4 d ban.

Huawei phones are really good if not for the US government that banned them, they would've been the most popular phone brand. Even their huawei mate 50 pro have the best camera on a flagship, the camera is better than iphone 14 pro and samsung galaxy s22 ultra. With that money you can use it and buy an S series which is a flagship compare to an A series which is a midrange.
My advice is to buy a samsung galaxy s21 FE. It has a far more powerful processor. Better adaptive display (30hz-120hz) and Better camera.

there are three types of Samsung phone: entry level(low end), midrange, and flagship.
The low end phones: consist of the: a04 and a13. They are affordable. They come with less powerful processor. Which can run simple apps and games. But they lag and can't be used to play intense games. There cameras are not as good as the one found on midrange. They cost between 60,000 and 100,000 naira. The midrange consist of low midrange a23 and a33 They cost between 120,000 and 150,000 naira. And high midrange a53 and a73 cost between 220,000 and 350,000 naira.
The flagship consist of the s series. Latest s series s22, s22 plus and s22 ultra. They cost between 450,000 and 750,000.

The tab s8 ultra is a really good tablet. With cool feature like the samsung DeX and it has a bigger display. Due to it using android os, the apps are not well optimise for it and other android tablet and looks like and enlarge version of the app. It also comes with a snadragon 8 gen 1 processor.
While the ipad pro is using ipados, apps are well optimized for it. And some developer develope apps for ipads than for android tablet, like photo editing app: adobe photoshop (which look like the version in windows and mac and comes with the same features found on windows and mac), video editing app: lumafusion and drawing app: procreate. Games are also well optimize for it. It also comes with and m1 processor(which is the same processor used for the 2021 13 inches macbook pro and macbook air) and it is more powerful than a16 and a15 bionic used in the 14 pro and 13 pro which are more powerful than 8 gen 1.
If you use a samsung phone go for the tab s8 ultra. If u own an iphone use the ipad pro. They are both good
