People are just too stubborn...Walked up to a couple the other day in a busy area and asked them why they were not with their PPE's, they just looked at me then continued what they were doing. I called their attention to it again and they started walking away, it was not until the saw me signal to 4 mobile police men that they started fidgeting and trying to explain what was not..... The most annoying part was that they were with a very little kid
