I have called my friend who is from the same village he said 6 dead. Women and children were sent to neighbouring villages while the men remained to defend their land.

Your friend cannot be in ekiti state and be sending pictures of jos/benue massacre abi na North east Massacre he extracted online.....painting it to be enugu massacre.

Moreover if his claims are true why is the picture not on any nationl dailies.

They juut get info, they sit in their offices in lagos and write false stories raising unnecessary Alarm causing unnecessary tension exaggerating figures to flare anger
This is how repraisals occur and many innocent people get killed in other hot zones like onitsha aba e.t.c

National dailies must get their fact straight....and be truthful with their reportings......
They should at least send their own team to the village to see things for them selves and take pictures.

If CNN reporter can go to warzones and even enter sambisa forest why should nigerian newspapers of lies not go to enugu to get the true story.

I think we the southerners need to unite and sponsor an apology to the fulani's on the frontpage of 3 newspapers so this killings can stop. Nnamdi Kanu caused these senseless killings by abusing the hausa fulanis on Radio Biafra and calling for their deaths. We should also support the grazing bill so these guys can graze their cattle in peace. The Fulani's are good and peaceful guys until Nnamdi kanu provoked them. We yoruba's are ready to grant them our lands for grazing. The igbos need to do the same for the sake of peace

I'll find a way to solve the problem. First get buyers to buy the petroleum products from everywhere and sell at a good price. Secondly, do not accept "no" for an answer until the refineries start working

Having said that...the government has taken over at a time of low oil prices,and at a time of falling income...which makes things tougher.

But so far they are doing some things right

1.Getting a handle on inflation by the restrictive forex policy.

2. Talking about diversificaiton.

3.At least spending more on education.


What they need to do however is

1.Remove all subsides. Fees,fuel price,etc need to go up.

2.Spend more on Power.

3.Ensure that public transport too gets more spending.

4.Spend more on education.....especially technical education.

5. Ensure improved local production...especially from SME enterprises.

6.Cut costs...by cutting excess civil servants, and spending less on frivolities.

I think your suggestions will have the same effect as pouring petrol into a burning building. Raising prices at this time? I think the president should rally support from all stakeholders and Nigerians at this time. He should admit that he needs our help and cannot do it alone. Get Nigerians on your side then lead us in the will of the Almighty. That will be my my message to Mr president
