Waste o money. Even when I was younger, I was indifferent to it. Other kids in the neighbourhood would light up Knockouts "bang! Bang!!" and I would be like "so....what's next?". I never could get any kick out of just loud noise. The kicks I got then was the screaming when any kid I hated had a finger or two blown off. Lol. tongue

Roflmao! Hilarious....I used to attend a church that was an exact imitation of this one only smaller. I was too stubborn to conform or pretend or flow. I used to return sha once in a while when I missed the "showbiz" part. That church made me hate "speaking in tongue". God save me.

Mostly true. But some are childish and not practicable. Yyou left out the most important one(bury yourself in your work, business, job or hobby) if you have passion for them as the case maybe. That way, u channel all the excess energy into what adds to you. Life should be a zero sum game. No energy should be wasted. Let ur frustration be your motivation

Most Nigerians grew up in the same home with their Fathers. Run away farthers are uncommon. It is not a Nigerian thing. A Nigerian Father could be around with his presence not felt.

The likelihood of blaming the mother seems unNigerian either. In fact, many Nigrian men, who even become like their fathers in relation to their wives, are good to their mothers, respect them and are grateful for their mother's love and support through their lives.

I think a Nigerian would even set out to be different from his father, at first, detesting everything the father represents only to find the society, including the women he meets, helping him become what he detests. They call him less of a man if he shows sensitive qualities, the women throw themselves at him and slave for him even without him asking, they sell their self respect for the little money he has to offer, etc

This is not even in all cases, some decide to be different and achieve it.
