In my honest opinion, this laws will have positive impact.
The governor's convoy obeys the laws, so I don't see why members of his cabinet won't .
I've seen a senior military officer's vehicle impounded for breaking traffic rules, same thing with a loaded bullion van.
So I believe it will be enforced to the letter.

and I expect only jinchurikis and maybe rinnengan users to be immune to it.

Will tell you all sorts to convince u. Cos if your redeployment was done tru d proper channel, ur name automatically appears under your new state,
hence your allowee would be sent to the state. I suggest u worry them well, ur money will surface.
I know of 10 batch A corpers redeployed to kwara, and I'm d only one dat missed a month and it was due to ill health.
I have applied for it (with relevant documents) and my lgi has assured me I will get it.

I hope nigeria is not broke again?

I redeployed from kebbi to kwara in march, and d only allowee I missed is aprl (cos I missed clearance), I received may, and will receive june when its paid.

Like I said earlier on, I do not want to join issues here. NUC is not about one man as it has a management team and a board, hence such decisions are taken after due consultation. Lead City is not the only university whose license was suspended. They were suspended for various degrees of non-conformity to laid down rules of which they were duly warned. Meanwhile, you sound as if NUC made these laws alone. They were made by academics from these universities and accreditation is done by experts the universities and result transmitted to NUC.
On the issue of part time, you are totally wrong as universities know the rules on part time and should abide by it. NUC only suspended it to enable it streamline them after a lot of warnings and some Vice Chancellor's penchant to concentrate on admitting students without commensurate effort to giving them quality teaching and learning environment. For example, the law says satellite campuses must not be more than 20km from parent campuses.
I advise we avail ourselves with the relevant laws so we don't deceive people.

I still stand my ground, prof okijie has a personal vendetta against lead city, and I dare say most of the affected schools, let the prof come out and mention the violations committed by the affected schools and we will see if they are really true.
A NUC staff talking about law? Now that's funny has the NUC respected the ruling of the court as per the law program @ lead city?
Isn't that part of the reasons the school's license was suspended?

If the 20km law exists, pls can you tell me the distance between lasu main campus @ ojo and the campuses @ anthony village, fadeyi, and lekki?
Why hasn't the school been sanctioned?

On the part time issue I still maintain he should should have called a meeting to formulate a policy to regularize things rather than ban part time studies.

Olalekan 0: Lead city already went to court when the NUC voided their law faculty which they won,NUC failed to comply with the pronouncement of the court,hence the school's resolve to go to the national assembly. You mentioned libraries,well i can authoritatively tell you the school has three higly-equipped libraries and they have among their staff,Ex-VCs from renowned federal universities in nigeria and abroad!

Some state owned schools do not have the quality of facilities Lead City has and NUC hasn't suspended their license.
I remember my days in LASU we used to be like 300 in a class designed for 100 students , people had to stand @ the window so they could hear the lecturers.
NUC didn't suspend them, its private universities they are hounding.

I wonder why prof okojie can't be an exemplary leader like prof Okebukola?

What makes a university thick is not only about structures, neither is it PR on social media.
NUC is interested in improving access to university education while assuring on quality in the Nigerian University System and cannot just suspend Leads license just on personal vendetta or the like,
considering the teaming Nigerian youths who go through pains to secure admission. The management of Leads knows the problem (quality). You showed pictures of buildings but failed to show us pictures of the labs, libraries,
academic staff/student distribution and how many professors they have. I advise they go to court and not National Assembly. Cheers

Lead city's issue started when its PRO wrote an article in d dailies (2006/2007) criticizing prof Okojie for suspending the license of cetep city university.
Ever since he has been picking on lead city. Its been one war after another (most of which he lost in court).

U mentioned quality? Please what is wrong with the quality of graduates produced by lead city? Have u or the NUC assessed us and found us wanting?
Like I said your boss has a god complex, he seemed to have surpassed all excpectatons he had as a child, and now he is power drunk.
He should explain why he scrapped part time programs in universities without thinking of people who have to work their way through school, because they can't afford to study full time.
Instead of calling a meeting of stake holders to formulate a plan to sanitize the part time study sector of the university system he decided to scrap the programs instead.
