I know you might want to say Android 5.1.1 lollipop is battery friendly, but we know naija network isn't stable and such would allow the phone to always be searching often for network reception, it worsens when you switch to 3G or when you making a call, your phone would be continuously searching for a strong connection to keep the call smooth. No doubt battery plays a mighty role in a phone specs and LOL, Tecno C8 tramples C8 in that department but the infinix hot 2 is a sweet phone (not disputing that), i just have shaky confidence on how it'll keep up

Tecno is nothing beside Xiaomi. While Xiaomi is considered one of the best Android phones and popular, Tecno is only known in Africa.

The only reason Tecno has the loyalty of their African customers is because they are one of the few brands that offer cheap products. Africans like cheap things. Tecno has seen this, and are giving us what we want at cheaper prices. That's all. Other than this, I don't think there's anything spectacular about the brand. This is my opinion. I'm sure other people feel different.

Xiaomi hasn't arrived the African market yet. But I believe that when they do, they will sweep people off their feet, including Samsung loyalists. Because they do not only offer cheap product, their products come with premium features. This is a fact. Tech blogs marvel at Xiaomi products. Xiaomi is seen as one of Samsung's biggest competitors, something you can't say about Tecno.

Kudos to Tecno, you mean. It's a campaign for their new phone that will soon be released. I advice you get it if you love taking pictures.
