FamilyRe: My Stepmother Poured Hot Water On My Baby! I'm So Angry by TBrown77(m): 10:20am On Apr 14, 2020
My advice is in three fold

1. Go back to your husband house, apologise and support in to grow the family together .
2. Make sure you ask your father to release your brother to you for safety and proper upbringing. Seek your husband consent on this and I believe he will approve.
3. Before you leave your father's house some weeks before you leave, go to your stepmother and threaten her that you know what she did and you are going to pay her back with severe hot water while she is sleeping. Please only a frighten oooo and observe her behaviour from that time till you leave. Make her know she's a wife as well as you. She is a mother as well as you are. Lobatan you will praise me later for the correction that this would have put in place.

The more reason that SW should start withdrawing themselves from anything that has to do with the North. The problem with the North is very complex that they are holding the south down has coverage to bring the problem to approximately small problems.
The major problem in the north is follows in hierarchical order

1. BARBARIC CULTURE
2. LEVEL OF ILLITERACY
3. POVERTY
4. ISLAMIC STATE OF MIND

Many think Islam is their first and major problem NO!!! I am not in the frame of mind to discuss or analyse their problems but face my region which is the Southern Protectorate and beg them to form a BOND to fight this common enemy of our life. Southern togetherness will help the North in the long run to solve their problems. Well if the south is not doing this together then please MY SOUTH WEST should ensure TRUE FEDERALISM takes its course starting with AMOTEKUN

SportsRe: Algeria Vs Nigeria: AFCON Semi-Finals (2 - 1) Full Time by TBrown77(m): 4:12pm On Jul 14, 2019
[b]I know Eagles will score first but the philosophy of the coach towards the usage of its substitutions is very bad!!! After hard fought of scoring in the first half, the coach always waited for equalizer before it’s first substitution, and I don’t why he let signal to always play 90 minutes football, he should let ighalo to know that he will be playing for 60 minutes after which Osimhen comes in. This coach should make use of his substitution and not come back home unused. Best of luck Eagles, win Algeria win the cup. My humble submission.

Atiku and Saraki have gone to see their employees in USA. All this paraferal is not working .... Gone the days when Coming to America is a movie to watch.

It has to be Buhari if not for anything but for stopping these Thieves promising us to get our vote and start telling us stories after..

Though Buhari promised us a lot in which he is not fulfilling but one thing I am sure of is that he isn't a Thief and if he's a Thief he is not a Mega Thief like Atiku and his allies

Car TalkRe: 100k Salary Enough To Get A Car? by TBrown77(m): 2:03am On Jan 19, 2019
Good advice, but the missing word of advice is what I put on display.

1: if your business did not demand for it please don't buy a car.
2: You are still young and I think your money should be divided by half which half goes to your monthly upkeep and every other needs while the other half goes for investment for your future and in preparedness of your own family ( at least 5-10 years now if your salary remains will give you approximately 6 million naira in investment)
3: Reasons of getting a car in Nigeria if you are on the average salary earner is either or both for Business or Family. To take your your family around when needs arises; to school for the children, wife to office if you can and weekend pleasure instead of taxification.

Getting a car is not the problem but maintaining it is the problem, ask yourself, what do you need the car for? business or just eko for show, if it's for business then go ahead but for the latter do not try it
PoliticsRe: El-rufai: North To Benefit Most From Restructuring by TBrown77(m): 1:28pm On Jan 17, 2019
See Mumu, you classify Northerrn Nigeria as a one entity forgetting that ie North Central, West and East is what made the North and Splittted the Southern Nigeria. Merge the Southern resources together and let me see if you can still pronounce North with more resources to the South. All in all, I want each region to have control of her resources.

quote author=MobilityExpress post=74846406] lipsrsealed THEORETICALLY, Governor El-rufai is right. The North has the highest natural resources more than any other region and has the biggest land size.

◆Taraba: Lead/Zinc
◆Yobe: Soda Ash & Tintomite
◆Zamfara: Coal, Cotton & Gold

As you can see, the North has the highest natural resources, followed by SouthSouth, SouthWest, and the South East has the least. So in theory, the North wins. In practicality, the SouthSouth wins because of its huge oil and gas deposits. Futuristically, the North wins because oil and gas will soon be obsolete.
BusinessRe: Profit Sharing Ratio Between Business Partners by TBrown77(m): 10:56pm On Sep 24, 2016
This is my first time, dont mind my errors.
BusinessRe: Profit Sharing Ratio Between Business Partners by TBrown77(m):
To start with, both parties need to have ded of agreement over the business. where there is no deed, then you need to follow general standard of agreement which state as follows:

1; there need to be an appreciation for the active partner. it will be inform of a contribution (SALARY). the active partner is partner B who has just fifteen percentage (15%) in the business. He is Active to the business because he runs the day to day activities of the business. He also put in his experiece, expertries and enegy tothe business.
Therefore a sonething like salary will be his consideration. e.g if the business makes makes 3 million per annual, partner B will take an agreed Salary agreed by both parties say 1 million this will be his consideration.

2; like I said, that if there is no agreement called Deed, then the business will be sharing of profit will be based on their contion which 85:15 and in percentage it will be 85% to partner A and 15% to B.
Lest we forget the business balance on profit is 2million. 85% of 2million is 1.7 million while patner will be 15% of 2million which is 300,000. Thank
