Concerning Smallies encounter with Capon: I think it will go better than expected.
Capon strikes me as having integrity especially when it comes to his inner cacus. He may be a little upset at the deaths of the other members but those can be regarded as circumstantial.
Killing smallie will not bring anyone back to life.

I'm thinking fate/destiny would get smallie when its time to re-join with his family.
