We know Kyiv has been iron domed by ground to air missiles present there. This guy is seeking for the safety of other cities when he learnt that NATO weapons cannot be used by civilians or outside Kyiv since that's the headquarters. By now, Russia has known that Kyiv is a no go area but other places are safer for them to unleash assaults. NATO may be avoiding a direct war but gradually, it's getting to that point where endurance can no longer be stressed and a direct conflict will be the cause of the day. I just fear US as they make move to control the almighty cryptocurrency against their initial plan to keep it unregularised. This Putin's war just broke their hearts and chosing sanctions over direct military action against Putin despite having the most advanced weapons is a great respect they have for Putin himself and Russia.
