i dont agree with your analysis. fashola said it several times that discos reject power transmitted to them. These discos are just there to enrich themselves at the expense of the masses. They were supposed to upgrade their infrastructures when the bought it or are you saying they were not aware of what they were buying? They are waiting for Government to bail them out as usual.

Look the only thing left for these discos to work effectively is for the government to give a timeline to end estimated billing, and do their part in the transmission part.

Do you know that of the 3 arms of the current power structure (Genco, Transmission, and Disco) it is the one with government involvement (transmission) that is the problem. Disco matter is a piece if cake. A legislation that will end estimated billing will end discos inefficiencies.
