This is contained in a statement issued by the Force Public Relations Officer ACP Jimoh Moshood Jimoh Moshood during a press conference issued on Saturday 5th of May, 2018.

3.click submit,a message congratulating you will appear
4.click continue
5.A place where you will enter you OTP will appear
6.Click retrieve OTP
7. Enter the last 4 digits of your BVN and your year of birth

Input the code and it verifies the code and moves you to a passport attachment.
