yad2eidi:This is the worst place that you can get premium advice about cars. Anybody talking about maintenance, fueling and second hand value doesn't belong to your income level. Abeg. Go to reddit. You will get tangible input there. |
Peng12345:This one Na true sha... Although Na poverty mentality. |
Omoh... When it comes to driving different brands, I give it the Senegalese people.. During my brief stay in Dakar, I realised that Nigerians have been fine-tuned to accept a limited number of brands. Toyota, Honda, Mercedes, Kia, Hyundai, and few others... Omoh.. For Dakar... You will see car brands till you get tired. Jetour BYD Geely Polestar Peugeot Citroën Ford Kia Hyundai Chevrolet BMW Mazda And they love SUVs.... Na so so big big cars dem just dey pull up and down... Those people no dey fear cars..! I doubt if they factor cost of fueling, maintenance, and reliability when buying a car. Their own Na name car just big, con fine, con get better dashboard. Shikena. |
ernieboy:Why should Venezuela be a third world country, despite having such humongous amount of oil wealth? If you don't fix your country, you become a soft target. |
WriterNig:China is the last country you should have hope on. |
garykoeman:Drugs shouldn't be sufficient reason to attack a sovereign state. |
Let me go and read about this event, and use my common sense to deduce what the problem is.. Can't rely on biased opinions here. |
After reading the headline, God will never forgive me if I read that epistle! Never! |
delan40:Sir, It's not every topic or account that one should enegage. There are users who are more acquainted in some subjects matter than others. I spent 4 years processing these transactions, and I know dispute settlement like the back of my palm. If you read my first response, I took the professional route, because that is the level I currently operate. If Na by gra-gra... I for say make e paste the guy digits, make men track am. Make e no even paste the digits sef, men dey NIBBS wey fit secure the guy details via BVN. |
Oh boy! Nigeria Na real jonsing country. |
wunmi590:Dear Wunmi, First of all, I'm not at your level. You should learn to set emotions aside when responding to people. If that is too difficult for you, then avoid engaging everyone. My advice was for the OP not you. Moreso, apart from the guy who offered to draft letters to the banks, I haven't seen anybody offer any tangible help on this matter. Kindly stay on your lane. |
TheWolfen:Enter two aside make I show you evidence of transaction wey person dupe me over 30m! Just four years ago... Enter... I will show you email access I received from EFCC each day I visited their office, after I made a complaint. |
You should check out Taiwo Aina videos on YouTube. Oh.. I just checked, his second passport is that if St. Kitts. There seems to be very little first hand information by Nigerians regarding migrating to this country online. Quite strange! |
I learnt with manual. I thought it was useless until the day there was an emergency, and someone was needed to drive a bus. Meanwhile, driving a bus or truck is different ball game. But the little knowledge I had about driving manual cars saved the day. |
Chairman, Safe Heaven MFB is a financial institution duly regulated by the CBN. There are Standard Operating Procedures for processing inter-bank transfers, and for resolving disputes. Except if the money was reversed to the suspected fraudulent person's account, while the matter us still under dispute/investigation, then I think both banks are still operating under their regulator's SOP. I understand how frustrating this can be, having your funds placed on hold, and temporarily without trace, there might be a delay due to operational issues, and volume of complaints that are being resolved at both ends, jumping into a conclusion that the MFB is technically aiding and abetting the alleged fraudster is unprofessional, and totally uncalled for. Let's learn to civil while expressing our grievances. If the bank's legal department decides to throw their regulator's SOP, the terms associated with processing interbank refunds, and these allegations that you're putting up on the media, into the mix... You might regret these actions of yours. The Central Bank has a Customer Protection Department, you can escalate the matter there is your complaint isn't resolved with the agreed timeline. Meanwhile, "an email" from Safe Heaven MFB asking Access Bank Plc to reverse a transaction that was reported as fraud, by the initiator would not be sufficient to honor such instruction. The initiator must get a court order for the transaction to be reversed. |
DeLaRue:Abuja is safe indeed... Why isn't the president using a helicopter to move from the Airport to Aso Rock? They would rather block the entire lane he will be plying for hours. |
Nigeria is truly a comedy stage. We have very very very weak institutions. |
They say “evolve or die.” I try to keep learning and tapping into new trends, technologies, and global shifts. I always try to be open-minded. But you see this streaming thing… that’s one space I still don’t fully understand. I respect the effort these guys put in, and the financial rewards. No hate at all. But till today, I honestly can’t wrap my head around what viewers find so entertaining. Take our local streamers as example—Peller, Carter Efe. Carter Efe is mostly shouting, running around, and being chaotic. I can barely sit through five minutes. Peller just talks nonstop—half the time it feels like pure gibberish. Even the guy called Ishowspeed, I find his contents online sometimes and I can't really make any sense out of it. And yet… millions are locked in.! Maybe this is just my sign that age is catching up with me.. Because I remember how our parents couldn’t understand why Sisqo’s “Unleash the Dragon” was such a big deal back then. |
Probably never happened! All these fake fake news that people put up for engagement... It's hard to believe anything these days, especially in the Nigerian social media space. Very very hard! |
If there's a way to monetize it... I think that it would be a great idea to develop/maintain an app meant for people living with HIV/AIDs that would help with: 1. Medication reminders and documentation of adherence. 2. Online ordering and confidential home delivery of ARVs. 3. Reminders for check-ups and the ability to contact doctors directly. 4. A peer networking section for users to share experiences. How to monetize it is my major concern... Monthly/annual subscription.. OP, would the users be ready to part with some cash for subscription every month or annually? |
Kai. This Liverpool team don pipe finish. |
AMINDA:Nigerians and buzz words. ![]() At the end, still a shithole country with one of the worst leadership in the entire universe. |
Just try and learn how to sell. Tech isn't for everybody. Don't be deceived by the whole buzz. Most people forming Tech are salesmen, they hype the domain in a bid to either sell you a course, or get you subscribed to a training, where they earn a commission. |
What manner of fuckery is this?
|
2.4 Billie. That's some bread! I pray Moniepoint recover their money. |
It always feel good reading these things from a different time zone. |
The FG better give the US government 100% cooperation on this matter...to avoid Isreal's intervention. The US/Trump will bark 80%, then take 20% action. Isreal will do 5% talking, and 95% bombing. When it comes to war/conflicts, you better be dealing with the US than Isreal. All that Nigeria is a sovereign nation talk will fall on deaf ears, baba will invade, and even invade whoever puts mouth in the matter. |
For a plot of land in Guzape district, with a forced sales value of N1.3billion? Ya'll are clowning right? |
Mitsurugi:Another excuse... So people should start running mad because they want to mourn the dead? Why didn't he grieve by appreciating those who stood by his sister? |
Mitsurugi:"This habit of making excuses for bad behaviour.. Is this like a new trend or a generational thing? |
Wallade:That's because he apologize and keeps responding to her. The best way to deal with these type of people is to ignore their rants.. |
