You can go for 8 x 625w jinko panels all in series. Attached is the screenshot of specifications

This would give him 452.4v, still above 450v

Oshomo12:

You may need to go for lower panel wattage, say, 255w Trina, voc 38v, ISC around 9a I think. You will be doing 12 in series and 2 set in parallel.

38v * 12 Pcs = 456v still more than 450v, unless he connects 11s2p which should give him 418v

Nice one valto, we believe you; but next time let the picture you post bear same name with the previous picture you posted just like the one that has the inscription Redmi Note 12 Pro.

Am only saying this because of doubters that would observe above and remain silent about it!

I have bought four packs in all from him over the years. Transactions were unpressured and he responded to the issues with one of the packs as professionally as possible. Sometime he will be offline for days, placing a normal call or text message will make him check his whatsapp.
We all have our peculiarities and while he is the best person to explain his actions in this case, "quick-grab-money " attitude is not one of his vices!.
Is it possible he is on site outside network area?

If this is the case then our assumptions might be wrong.

Why OP no call him?

Okay, you can reach out on 23481-323-94478, you don't need to buy.

I can help check if you don't get response from the pack builder.

To collect money dey good, but na when issues arise we go know who be who.

Anything you sell, always have means to offer support one way or another.

Hybrids are here to stay and have stood the test of time already. why are people still contemplating?
Hybrid gives you an Inverter, Charger, and MPPT, cheaper than any standalone.

example with 250K. you can have
a 3kva inverter with 60A charger,
80A MPPT, go and price stand-alone equivalent.

Hybrid allows you to customize slightly when grid charge, how much grid charge, when Solarcharge, Only Solar charge during the day and Grid charge in the night, etc. with standalone, you need to have good know-how and other tools to achieve these.

The thing tired me.

Those saying Standalone, if inverter spoil wetin CC Alone go do without engine to convert from battery to load?

Get hybrid and another small kw hybrid as backup when the other dey on repairs finished nothing more.

Previous policy drafted to reduce exchanged rate has gone south by the cabals, forget what you see on TV, this country na God go fit save us.

There's underground plan for it to hit 1800/$

If the OGAs at the top want it to be 400/$ it's 100% possible, but you can't close a system you are benefiting from.

Pls i need help choosing between these 3 inverters, they are similar in price

Growatt SPF 5000 ES Hybrid

Gennex Axpert Mks III 5kva Hybrid

Gennex Axpert Vm III Twin 6kva Hybrid

All 3 have lithium charging capability

Can work without battery

Has big pv input

Wifi compatible and remote monitoring

Growatt is far better, heard Gennex is not too good with warranty on their inverters.

If you are not getting VICTRON, get DEYE, but if Deye is above you budget, get GROWATT, if Growatt is still above your budget get SRNE.

Any high frequency inverter outside above 4 mentioned inverters, just get SMS Sunmate Inverter if going for 24v or 48v.

NB: iPowerPlus 5kva is still good if going for low frequency inverter.

That's what they(GTB) told me yesterday.

Can current account from another bank Firstbank, reference for someone opening GTB Dollar Account?

Do you have experience with firstbank dollar account?

Yes, for about 3w - 7w difference, depending on model of fan!

As long as you did not exceed the input VOC and ISC.

I have 4 PCs of 320 watts connect in 2s then, the 2 strings in parallel.. to a 50A CC same 12V set up.
The CC only clamps to max out put of 50A.

Boos why did you create alternate account?

@techgeek777. That's why i had to ask if it wasnt an error by isangjohnson

Dollar was around 1608 when he posted that figure.

Compared to current rate, you would know why @isangjohnson posted that price point
Satellite TV Technology / Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by TechGeek777: 8:00pm On Apr 12
Drgreatone:

24v100ah abi 12v100ah?

It can't be 12v 100Ah, as 12v 100Ah is even less than 350k if you check Valto's post.

He stated 24v 100Ah.

Am sure it might even be 300k/320k by then as dollar is crashing massively.

Although no one is happy to see someone losing, but those who stocked dollars are regretting big time.

Current rate is 1000 - 1130 per dollar depending on your source.

It's expected to be around 585 - 790 by then.

NB: Pls don't ask how I got to know about it!

Having a 120A BMS does not mean BMS will draw 120A from Batteries, it only means you have enough capacity and headroom. which means your BMS will run cooler and last longer.
Just like having a 5KW inverter to run only a Fan or charge your phone, it does mean your inverter will push 5KW to the fan. or refrigerator.

The higher the BMS capacity the better, the 105AH Batteries can deliver up to 2C which is 210A... this allows for Surge.
Just like Inverters have 2X surge rating.

Most users won't charge and discharge at more than 30A continuous, and up to 80A burst.

Drawing 120A from a 105AH Capacity means the backup time will be around 50 Minutes, not sure people will do that.

Thanks for the enlightenment
