Realboygenius: You can apply for the card to be sent to a branch near you. Ok thanks. Another quick question, are there limits to the amount of transaction that can be carried out on this account? |
Business › Re: How To Avoid Queue In Bank Premises With Internet Based Banking Services by Techm8: 9:41pm On Jun 05, 2020 |
Realboygenius: Hello Nairalander These days going to the banking hall seems to be an extreme Sport. We have to wait at the gate for several hours before we are allowed to enter the bank premises and then having to sit for hours before you're allowed into the banking hall. A lady almost fainted this morning after waiting on a never ending queue for a long period of time.
I could remember how customers stormed bank premises trying to gain entrance immediately after partial lifting of the lockdown due to Corona Virus pandemic with many not being able to resolve the issues with their accounts. At this age I believe most Nigerian banks should start thinking towards innovating their banking services in order to make life much easier for their customers and staff.
They should create a platform where customers can to open new account and submit all necessary documents through the internet without having to visit the banking hall just like I did last week with FCMB Online account opening and getting my account number immediately.
With the use of artificial intelligence banks can create AI bots that can respond to customers using different social media platforms with real-time responses. I believe Nigerian banks can do these and improve on their services.
What are your recent experiences in a bank premises and how do you think it can be avoided using online banking technology? Share your opinion
Cc puskin, naijacutee, FOD, dominique) What if I want an ATM card, can I still apply for that online? |
