There are ladies who also are on the same path as you, and they are scattered everywhere. To vibe on the same level, you must actually be on that level. Because one think they are like that doesn't mean so, it might just be a mental construction of one image that has no basis with reality (don't wanna use the word delusional lol ). Of course I'm speaking generally.

The above is base on the philosophical concept of "projectivism", which means projecting certain qualities on a subject/object as if it actually belong to it. I think this is a fundamental flaw of human cognition. For example your eyes is embedded on your face, so it project externally, not internally, so it can't see itself. The only time you see yourself is in a mirror or a picture, which basically means that something else is projecting you to yourself.

Where I'm basically driving at, is that you must adopt the ability to see yourself from a "third party" lense. Then you could see your flaw, and the mental construction of yourself will be aligned with who you actually are. Lots of people are suffering because they think they are settling for less, but what they are "settling" for is actually what they deserve.

Which brings me to a very important point about fitness. Are you fit? Most people romantic issues will be halved if they are fit, and I tell you as someone that fluctuate on being fit and chubby, especially when I'm on holidays abroad and can't stick to my fit regime. Your appearance is often the only chance lots of people will evaluate your quality. You might think its shallow, but it is what it is. Because it is what you are inside, that projects on the outside. If the outside looks unkempt, it is safe to say that the inside is worse.

Self-actualisation is understood externally (such as where you live, cars, social circles etc), instead of internally (such as skills, internal strength, moral excellence, being a good person etc). If you fall in the former, you'll be starve and socially suffer, but in the latter, Nigeria can be heaven on earth. To put it bluntly, the dumber you are, the more enjoyable Nigeria will be, and the smarter you are, the lonelier you will be, and of course romantically.

So if you have 300k to give a girl weekly, why settle for less instead of travel around even accross Africa, expand your horizon and choose to live in a place that suit your soul? I mean, because your parents decided to be Nigerian and gave birth to you here doesn't mean you have to accept it, hence you have a leg, not a root like a tree. Adulthood is about redefining your destiny, to be renorn, to understand yourself and create the path that suits you. Don't let life happen to you, but choose what happens in your life.

It's not possible to love someone without being attached to them somehow, that's psychopathic, but loving someone is the acknowledgement that you understood the human part of them. You did not naively bequeath messianic expectations on them and think they will be there when the going gets tough. It's like having a cat, it's the acceptance that you can be bitten, but you'll take care of yourself and be fine afterwards.

About the materials you lost, how long was it? There comes the maturity of the girls in question. Unless they've been patient and proved with deeds, not words only, that they are trustworthy, which takes time, you don't have to open up. Actually I said something, check my last comment. But something else came to mind. Generally I do not get attached to people, it's just the stoic part of me. Attachment leads to suffering, and that's why this gentle man is shattered.

Humans are not capable of fulfilling your desire to be loved, so you must not love in a way that being jilted will destroy you. This is not to say one shouldn't be in a relationship or love someone, but not to a point of break down, unless they died, that's the exception. I consider it a betrayal to the self, to mourn someone not because they died, but because they ejected you from their life.
