HOW TO START LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANER BUSINESS IN YOUR LOCATION
Laundry business is a small scale business that can be established at the back of your house and requires small capital to establish one. This is a business that can fetch the owner of the business a lot of money in short period of time.
When establishing a laundry business, the most importance material is availability of clean water. Although water is very cheap here in Nigeria.
Materials needed to start the business
• 12kg washing machine
• 7.5kv generating plant
• Dryer
• Two pressing iron; steaming iron and ordinary iron
• Two tables; one for washing and the other for ironing
• Shelve
• One standing industrial fan
• 1kg spraying can
• Tagging gun
• Buckets, brush, hangers, laundry nylon.

Dryer is used for urgent service and in the next thirty minutes the cloth is dry and ready for ironing.
Steaming iron is used to iron plain trousers and suits while the ordinary is used to iron other types of fabrics
Spraying can is used by filling with water and spray on cloth when ironing for easy smoothing.
Tagging gun is also used for tagging identities to the customers’ clothes for easy identification.
The most importance service of the laundry business is good ironing and packaging. Someone can wash clothes with 100% stains free but ironing maybe 0% or packaging 0%. How will the customers feel happy or sad?
With #300k one can establish one and before a year of operation, he would have recover more than amount invested in the business.
Thanks

Most of our clients here in Nigeria some times want to know which colour to paint their office and how that can affect their productivity and that of the employees. So we went online to dig this info. The following was lifted from alifeofproductivity.com and written by Angela Wright

Blue

A search on Google for “the most productive color”, will appear as if blue is the most “productive” color. Angela called this an “oversimplification”.

If you need to stimulate your mind, then yes, blue would likely make you the most productive. “If you’re an accountant, blue probably would make you more productive. But not everybody is an accountant.”

If you do mind-work all day, Angela recommends painting your office blue, but spicing it up with a bit of orange so that you introduce a bit of emotion into your mind-stimulating room. “If you have a blue office, you need to put a bit of orange in there to introduce a bit of balance, a bit of emotion, so that you’re not a cold bureaucrat.”

Yellow

“If you’re a designer, and you want creativity, blue isn’t going to be the color for you. Yellow is a better color”, because it stimulates your ego and spirits, and makes you more optimistic.

“It takes guts to be creative and come up with something new – that’s why yellow works in that environment.”

Red

If you want to be more productive doing something physical, red would make you more productive than either blue or yellow, because it stimulates you physically. If you’re hiring a bunch of guys to build you a house, for example, “blue isn’t going to be a lot of help to you – you want the red for physical strength and stimulus”.

Green
If you’re in an environment where having a strong sense of balance is the most important, green might just be the color that makes you the most productive. As well, “because it’s so balanced, calming, and reassuring, it’s great to use around anywhere money’s changing hands”. On the flip side, though, “it can be very stagnant and inert”, so an “action man, who loves red, is going to find green quite a strain”.

Which shade should you go with?

To determine which color to paint your surroundings, first narrow down which main color (or combination of colors) will work the best in your situation by deciding whether you want to affect your mind, emotions, body, or balance.

Then, pick a specific hue of that color. Naturally, keep in mind whether you want the color to stimulate or soothe you, by picking either a highly-saturated or lowly-saturated hue. Angela provided me with some advice for picking the right shade after that.

“The best advice I can ever give anybody in general is to point out that we were all born with a very accurate sense of color in general, and our kind of color in particular. If we hadn’t, we wouldn’t have survived evolution as we did.” As an example, evolution has taught us that green is a stable, balanced color – it is the sign of life and vitality, after all – and it is one of the reasons we see green as such a ‘balanced’ color.

Interestingly, at the same time, color is both very scientific and very personal. Angela recommends going with your gut, but only after determining which part of you that you’d like to affect. “Actually – you will know the colors that make you feel the most productive. It is different for everybody.”

Another tip: colors hardly ever exist in isolation; they’re usually surrounded by other colors. “Color works exactly the same way as music – as Thelonius Monk said, ‘there are no wrong notes’. Music and color work in the same way. There are no wrong colors either. It’s how you use them.” A color or musical note “doesn’t actually evoke much of an emotional response until it’s put with other colors, or other notes. And then, in both cases, whether you get a positive or negative emotional reaction depends on the relationship between the colors or the notes.”

“I cannot think of any circumstances in which we would be confronted by one color in isolation.”

All our lives, we’ve been told to “be organized.” Organization has always been pegged as a direct key to success. Starting at very early ages, we have been trained to clean up our toys and make our beds. But perhaps our mothers had it wrong. As you can see from a research conducted by the University of Minnesota and from the examples below, messy environments can enhance our creativity by letting our lives get a little messy.

Steve Jobs, Albert Einstein, and Mark Twain. What is one thing these three visionaries have in common?
They all had very messy workspaces.

Warming up for the presidency

if you guys are good at keeping a secret then let me tell you one:
The reason Boko Haram activities seem to be on the rise under Buhari is deliberate and well planned. The idea is first to exonerate him from suspicion, then second is to add it to his achievement that he was the one that quelled the demons that Goodluck could not tame. So the bombings will continue for a while then he will speak to the leaders of Boko haram to release more almajiris to fight the soldier so it will appear there was a fight before the Nigerian military won under PMB. Why do you think the Vice President who happens to be a pastor is always locked out of such meetings? simple, He was used to deceive the undiscerning christian populace to vote APC.

Just watch the drama unfold, unfortunately many people will still not catch the trick even after this expo

Tell me what you will do with this space now.

Nigeria is known all over the world for their scam tendencies. Its surprising that a Nigerian can be scammed through this cheap means

I have met and interviewed some ladies who do this in ikeja, theytols me the ernomous amount they make and how they can't account for it as it leaves them the same moment it comes. I thought it was an isolated case until I watched Trisha show on YouTube about a stripper who also talked about her vision of stripping and making money to invest. She has no investmentment after so many years yet she makes lot of money

What you don't know is that being wealthy is different from making money. When you take the easy way out, you have not flexed yourentrepreneural muscles to develop the skills necessary to sustain such money. You will keep being in need. Easy come easy go.

More so those involved open themselves up to all manner of demonic influences. They may not know that as they open their body their spirit also becomes vulnerable for demonic invasion. People leave the club under influences they can't explain

Nothing ensures peace of mind like a decently made money. That is why Gods blessing makes rich and adds no sorrow. It's Gods blessing when it is made in a decent way.

Finally beware of Ebola and other diseases spread by sweat and other fluids as you lap dance with ladies of loose virtue who have lost the guide of their youth. A word is enough for the wise

It's not new. When I was in UNIZIK way back in the late 90s students and lecturers from my department (Geology) were just dying like flies in a particular period that the department (lecturers and students) had to organize a prayer session specially for that.

My advice is give your life to Christ and no shrine would be able to accept your blood because the blood that will be speaking on your behalf will be the powerful to be countered. And even if by chance you lost your guard, at least you will know where you're going.

Yes it can affect your performance. It can affect it positively but it can also affect it negatively depending on other factors. It can affect it negatively if the student assumes life to be an academic exercise and is not street smart. But it can also affect it positively when you realize that cramming tasks the brain. It challenges the brain to work thereby expanding it's potential to deliver its potentials in real life The brain is like a rubber band and can never return to it's original "size" if stretched. Cramming stretches the brain by flexing one of the mental muscles. The brain has six mental muscles and memory is one of them.
