I will understand this if its just a call to be vigilant because we are in the end time but not as a fear gospel paraded by some white garments and other charismatics. Truth be told, we are in the end time and many undiscerning people will still be living their normal lives like the Bible says that it will be like the days of Noah: many will be marrying and given to marriage etc. Things will appear normal to some christians. They will see what is happening with Israel, Iran, USA( and thee gay movement), etc and still not see the handwriting on the wall. Everything is happening so fast that no one remaining after rapture can actually hide from the anti-christ. Not with social media, emails, BVN and every other device only known to this generation but invented to capture your data. Be wise, infact the Bible says "Woe unto them that are at ease in Zion". Its time to evangelize and live in righteousness. Read Matt 25: 1-13 and Don't be among the foolish virgins who had little anointing to survive the end time. They run from church to church looking for miracles and break thrughs not seeking God the oil sellers who have commercialized the Gospel. They told the foolish virgins "Go to them that sale" these ones are not concerned about the coming of the bridegroom, neither do they preach it in their churches. They have turned to the marmon gospel of only motivational teachings. Don't get me wrong those things are not wrong in themselves until it becomes what takes greater percentage of your time on the pulpit. Psychologists advice we change the look of our interiors at least once in six months to keep our creativity awake. We often visit a bank, church, engineering or school website to discover they now have a new look. Some of the time, we don’t mind the new look, while other times it makes it more difficult to find the information we want since we are used to the old website structure. So what about your organization’s website? How often should it be redesigned? There are many factors to consider when making a decision about redesigning your organization’s website: 1. How long has it had the current design? Design trends and technology change every few years, so to keep from having a website that looks outdated, it is typically good to redesign your website every 2-3 years. 2. What feedback do you get from those visiting your website? Do your visitors like your website? Is it easy to navigate? If those who are visiting your website like the experience and find it easy to use, then it is not urgent to make a change soon. However, if much of the feedback you receive is negative or mixed, you probably need to make some changes in the near future. For instance if your visitors often call you to ask questions after visiting your website, questions on something they would have easily gotten visiting the site. 3. What is your budget? Although we would all like to have an unlimited amount of resources, that is simply not the case. So how often and how extreme the changes you will be able to make to your website will be influenced by the amount of resources you have to use. But make sure you get the best website designer to offer you value for your money. 4. Complete revamp or adjustment? Just because it may have been a long time that your website has had its current design, if you either do not have the budget or the need to undergo a complete overhaul, you may be able to implement a few smaller modifications to the design or structure of your website to give it a new look or improved user experience. 5. Change in technology: Technology and trends are constantly changing. Google for instance recently announced that websites that are not mobile friendly will have a poor online visibility on searches. So if your website is not mobile friendly and you want to rank on search engines, you better upgrade and that may mean a redesign of the entire website. The change may also be on social media 6. A new audience: If market research, new product launch etc. cause you to suddenly change the audience you want to reach then, you may need to adjust the look and feel of your website to appeal to your new audience So what do you think? Does your website need to undergo a redesign? How long has it been since your website’s design has been changed? Share your feedback on how often a website’s design should change? Most of our clients here in Nigeria some times want to know which colour to paint their office and how that can affect their productivity and that of the employees. So we went online to dig this info. The following was lifted from alifeofproductivity.com and written by Angela Wright Blue A search on Google for “the most productive color”, will appear as if blue is the most “productive” color. Angela called this an “oversimplification”. If you need to stimulate your mind, then yes, blue would likely make you the most productive. “If you’re an accountant, blue probably would make you more productive. But not everybody is an accountant.” If you do mind-work all day, Angela recommends painting your office blue, but spicing it up with a bit of orange so that you introduce a bit of emotion into your mind-stimulating room. “If you have a blue office, you need to put a bit of orange in there to introduce a bit of balance, a bit of emotion, so that you’re not a cold bureaucrat.” Yellow “If you’re a designer, and you want creativity, blue isn’t going to be the color for you. Yellow is a better color”, because it stimulates your ego and spirits, and makes you more optimistic. “It takes guts to be creative and come up with something new – that’s why yellow works in that environment.” Red If you want to be more productive doing something physical, red would make you more productive than either blue or yellow, because it stimulates you physically. If you’re hiring a bunch of guys to build you a house, for example, “blue isn’t going to be a lot of help to you – you want the red for physical strength and stimulus”. Green If you’re in an environment where having a strong sense of balance is the most important, green might just be the color that makes you the most productive. As well, “because it’s so balanced, calming, and reassuring, it’s great to use around anywhere money’s changing hands”. On the flip side, though, “it can be very stagnant and inert”, so an “action man, who loves red, is going to find green quite a strain”. Which shade should you go with? To determine which color to paint your surroundings, first narrow down which main color (or combination of colors) will work the best in your situation by deciding whether you want to affect your mind, emotions, body, or balance. Then, pick a specific hue of that color. Naturally, keep in mind whether you want the color to stimulate or soothe you, by picking either a highly-saturated or lowly-saturated hue. Angela provided me with some advice for picking the right shade after that. “The best advice I can ever give anybody in general is to point out that we were all born with a very accurate sense of color in general, and our kind of color in particular. If we hadn’t, we wouldn’t have survived evolution as we did.” As an example, evolution has taught us that green is a stable, balanced color – it is the sign of life and vitality, after all – and it is one of the reasons we see green as such a ‘balanced’ color. Interestingly, at the same time, color is both very scientific and very personal. Angela recommends going with your gut, but only after determining which part of you that you’d like to affect. “Actually – you will know the colors that make you feel the most productive. It is different for everybody.” Another tip: colors hardly ever exist in isolation; they’re usually surrounded by other colors. “Color works exactly the same way as music – as Thelonius Monk said, ‘there are no wrong notes’. Music and color work in the same way. There are no wrong colors either. It’s how you use them.” A color or musical note “doesn’t actually evoke much of an emotional response until it’s put with other colors, or other notes. And then, in both cases, whether you get a positive or negative emotional reaction depends on the relationship between the colors or the notes.” “I cannot think of any circumstances in which we would be confronted by one color in isolation.” But get professional house painters in Nigeria to help you achieve excellence Source: http://housesolutions.com.ng/to-be-highly-productive-paint-your-office-with-these-colors/

All our lives, we’ve been told to “be organized.” Organization has always been pegged as a direct key to success. Starting at very early ages, we have been trained to clean up our toys and make our beds. But perhaps our mothers had it wrong. As you can see from a research conducted by the University of Minnesota and from the examples below, messy environments can enhance our creativity by letting our lives get a little messy. Steve Jobs, Albert Einstein, and Mark Twain. What is one thing these three visionaries have in common? They all had very messy workspaces. Warming up for the presidency |
if you guys are good at keeping a secret then let me tell you one: The reason Boko Haram activities seem to be on the rise under Buhari is deliberate and well planned. The idea is first to exonerate him from suspicion, then second is to add it to his achievement that he was the one that quelled the demons that Goodluck could not tame. So the bombings will continue for a while then he will speak to the leaders of Boko haram to release more almajiris to fight the soldier so it will appear there was a fight before the Nigerian military won under PMB. Why do you think the Vice President who happens to be a pastor is always locked out of such meetings? simple, He was used to deceive the undiscerning christian populace to vote APC. Just watch the drama unfold, unfortunately many people will still not catch the trick even after this expo |
