The President will really need to be careful with this kind of advice. It could later be used against him.

I dont think he needs to apply any pressure on the judiciary. The Atto/Gen. is the prosecutor. He has the powers to whthdraw any case and so all he needs to stop the case is an instruction from the president. Simple.
