The efcc does not open investigation without petition. This man was due for retirement two years ago but his service was extended like those of other fulani men because of where he comes from. If he was a southerner, it's either he won't get such a juicy office or they will be looking for ways to remove him. The case of Justice Onoghen & the Bayelsa man who was appointed DSS DG by Prof. Osinbajo readily comes to mind. This brazen acts summarises why the unity of this country is already compromised under Mr. Buhari.

The truth is that I have bn pondering over this. Though I am not a lawyer but the law cannot say the mandate belongs to the political party and yet a governor decamps to another party and goes with the mandate. This is not about apc or pdp. If a gov knows he looses his mandate the moment he decamps to another party I am sure some sanity will be restored in our polity.
