dainformant: A woman identified as Mrs. Suzzan Idogei from Esan central in Edo - has been allegedly struck with madness after being hit with partial stroke from an occult group in the region for failing to provide her only surviving son for initiation. According to the woman's son, Felix Idogei who reached out to National Helm, he had to run away from Nigeria to Europe because of threat to his own life.
In an exclusive chat with National Helm, Felix revealed that his late father was a member of a very powerful occult group in Edo and even after his death years ago - the power of the group still had powerful effect in his family. He disclosed that members of the occult group kept pestering his mother to bring her first son (Fedelis Idogei) for initiation in order to replace his father in the group but she refused.
According to Felix, his elder brother also refused to join the group because he was a christian. The cult group allegedly killed him due to his refusal as he died in a mysterious circumstance. After the death of his elder brother, it was now his turn to be initiated. The cult group kept disturbing his mother both spiritually and also physically to bring the only surviving son (Felix) to join them. She reported the case to the police about the physical threat to her life (see affidavit below) but the police could do nothing about it.
Felix revealed that he had to flee Nigeria when the threat became too much...Thinking that his escape would help kill the matter, the cult group struck his mother with partial stroke, she couldn't use one of her hands. The mother was taken to Lagos from the village to stay with her brother but that move was also in vain as the cult group still reached out to her and finally struck her with madness.
The young man (Felix) disclosed that his mother is now insane and is nowhere to be found. The video footage which he provided of her - was taken before she went missing..
He said he's sharing this story to the public because 'I want people to learn from my late father ways so they won't think of joining any cult', in his words.

Choiszman: Gang members of the dreaded billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudi Dumeme Onuamadike, a.k.a Evans have all confessed to the police how they joined the dreaded gang.
One of the principal suspects in the dreaded Evans’ high profile persons kidnapping gang, Chukwuemeka Ikenna Bosah (32), said he joined the gang of the notorious kidnapper to enable him foot the bill for a cesarean operation his wife underwent.
The Nation revealed that some other members of the deadly gang, including Sola Paul (42), Uche Amadi (41) and Chukwumah Nwosu (42) also revealed how they were recruited into the deadly gang.
Explaining his involvement with the gang, Bosah said:
“I used to manage a restaurant at No. 9, Yakoyo Road, Sabu, which is under Ogun State. I later travelled to Ghana to engage in 419 (obtaining by false pretence). “Luck smiled on me one day and I hit $43,000. I rented a shop for my wife and also rented a house where I lived with my family, which included two sets of twins. I also opened a bigger restaurant than the one I ran in Nigeria. “I was doing well until six months later when the owner of the building where I resided gave me a quit notice, claiming that I paid the rent to the wrong person. The matter affected my business so badly that I decided to relocate to Nigeria. “When I returned to Nigeria, I started doing Internet fraud to survive. I told a white woman who was desperate to marry a black man that I would marry her, and she started taking care of me. She was sending me a lot of money until some enemies of progress called her and told her that I was married with a set of twins. She cut off the relationship. “Unfortunately for me, I was penniless at the time she cut off the relationship. The worst happened when my pregnant wife went for antenatal care and the doctor told her that her that the only safe way she could be delivered of the baby was cesarean operation because the baby was inside the fallopian tube. “When I narrated my plight to my friend, Nwosu, he told me that there was a friend of his who had just returned from abroad. He assured me that he would talk to the man to help me with money for the operation my wife intended to undergo. That was at Cele Bust Stop (Lagos). “We entered keke (commercial tricycle) to Jakande Estate. There we met Evans who came in a Lexus SUV. This was around the year 2015. “Evans told us to enter his car and I saw some men with fez caps. I also saw one of them in the back seat give a gun to another one in the front seat with Evans. “Before I knew it, the driver used the Lexus SUV to block a car and they ordered the big man in the car to come down at gun point. When the man came out, he fainted. Evans then ordered Nwosu and I to carry the big man and put him inside his (Evans’) vehicle and they zoomed off. “While we were putting the man inside Evans’ vehicle, Nwosu stole his gold ring. He later gave it to me to sell in order to solve my wife’s problem. I sold the ring for N60,000 and used the money to settle the bill for the cesearen operation. “When Evans discovered that we stole the victim’s ring, he became angry with me. He gave Nwosu the sum of N1.5 million to give to me as my share of the ransom, but Nwosu deducted N50,000 from it.” Nwosu, however, denied deducting N50,000 from Bosah’s share, saying it was only N5,000 that he took from it.
He said:
“I am am a native of Aba, Abia State. I trade in female wears and accessories like bags and shoes. I met Evans in 2014 at Domino’s Pizza, Apo Junction, Festac Town (Lagos) while selling fuel and engine oil in the black market at Alafia. I later went to Yaba to sell shoes. “I travelled to Vietnam for two years. When I came back in January 2015, I met Evans again. We discussed drug trafficking business and I told him how I lost all my money to drug business. He then promised to sponsor me on drug trafficking trip, but he said I should give him some time. “When we and the other people in the car had passed Second Rainbow junction, Evans told me to join another car that was following his SUV. We turned to Abulabu Junction and car, Ikenna, telling him to keep moving. “On getting to Villa Park area, they over crossed a vehicle and took a man from it and we left. On getting to Cele Bus Stop, he asked Ikenna, the driver of the other car, to drop me. “He gave each of us N1.5 million. Unfortunately, the person I gave the money to help me procure a South Korea visa embezzled it. I later gave another money to one agent and he also bolted with it. I was later arrested. “I am married with three children. My problem now is that I gave my wife only N3,000 before I went to Abuja. I don’t know how they are managing to eat now. Tell the police that we have repented and should be given a second chance.”
The third suspect, Paul, said:
“I am from Bayelsa State. I was being paid N65,000 monthly for the amnesty they granted me, but my master used to deduct N10,000 from it every month. “I then went into sea diving job for which I was paid sums ranging from N50,000 to N500,000 for items recovered. But while working as divers all of us were still in the militant camp at Bayelsa, Calabar and Delta. At times, we would break pipelines or kidnap oil workers, especially foreigners working with oil companies, and they used to pay ransom fast. “It was my master, Mr. George Suboma, who owned the camp and the guns we used for militancy. We got annoyed with the oil companies because they did not care to employ indigenes of the states or develop the areas. “The amnesty was granted us in 2009, during the late President Yaradua’s regime. In 2010, I met Evans because he used to come to camp to collect guns from my master, George. He would come to militants’ camp with Barrister Yellow to meet George. I do not have Evans’ phone number and he does not have my number too. “When President Yaradua died, they started owing us amnesty allowance. I am not too educated. Evans later called me. He asked me about my children. I told him that my master, Ugboma George, was deceased. “He asked me to text the number of the gang’s second in command identified as Peter. He said he would like to see us in Lagos. He sent N30,000 for our journey to Lagos. “When we alighted at Cele Bus Stop at Ijesha (Lagos), one elderly man came and took us to one hotel at Iyana Ojugbo area. We stayed there for two weeks without seeing Evans.”

ChangeIsCostant: A video footage which has gone viral online shows how a married man was stripped unclad and totally disgraced after he was caught in a hotel with his neighbour's wife in Delta state. The husband of the woman in question and his 'goons' stormed the hotel room to catch the man 'in the act'. They resorted to humiliating the man as they forced him to remove his clothes and pose for the camera.
The married man revealed that it was the woman (his neigbour's wife) who invited him to the hotel as he begged for mercy. The pleas fell on deaf ears - with his 'captors' beating him and also forcing him to call his sister to tell her what happened.
Some online users have been left enraged by this as the woman who was nabbed with the married man was nowhere to be found in the video. Only the man was disgraced despite two people being involved in the act...

information1: A worker at Green World, a drug producing firm on Akinola Cole Estate, Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, Lagos State, allegedly killed his Chinese boss, Alice Xu.
It was said that the suspect, 28-year-old Okechukwu Amos, a casual worker, sneaked into Xu’s apartment while she was asleep and covered her nose with a cloth until she suffocated.
PUNCH Metro learnt that the incident happened around 8pm on Friday at the firm, which the 26-year-old Chinese woman also used as a residence. It was gathered that the suspect had complained that the boss usually harassed him, and decided to “deal with her” that day.
Not done, Amos reportedly ransacked the apartment and allegedly stole about N800,000 and $2,000, which belonged to the deceased.
To evade arrest at the estate gate, which is manned by private guards and two policemen, Amos disguised as a mentally-derailed person.
Luck, however, ran out on him.
A security guard, who spoke to PUNCH Metro on condition of anonymity, said the suspect almost escaped from the gate, but he unearthed his identity and alerted one of the policemen.
He said, “I was at the security post around 9pm that day when I saw a man half-naked. He walked towards the gate bare-footed. He was holding a pair of slippers and carrying a load wrapped with a shirt on his head. “I initially took the man for a mad person, but after a closer look, I discovered that he is Ikechukwu (Amos). I asked him what was wrong and why he was dressed like that. He said he was angry and that he was quitting his job at the the company. I asked if the person that brought him to the company was aware, he said no. “I volunteered to call the person, but he refused. I requested to know the content of the bag with him, he was reluctant.
“That was when I became suspicious and called a policeman, who was at the gate with me. He interrogated him and forced him to open the bag. The bag contained a lot of cash. He led the policeman to the company, where we found the woman dead.”
The guard said Amos was handed over to the police at the MAN Centre division.
A police source said the suspect in his statement stated that he had endured frequent harassment by the woman and decided to punish her.
The source said,
“He was employed recently by the woman through somebody and he worked at the supply department. He alleged that the woman had been very insulting and disrespecting to him over a period of time. “He gained access into her apartment when she had slept and tied her up. He covered her mouth and nose and the woman died because she could not breathe properly. He said he only wanted to punish her and didn’t mean to kill her. Sums of N800,000 and $2,000 belonging to the woman were recovered from him.”

I was tempted to stand with Lai Mohammed because as Nigeria's information minister, insulting him is like insulting Nigeria but he brought this upon himself. He now defends everything. An attempt to rob a white man behind Fidelma hotel, independent layout in Enugu State has just be foiled by men of the Nigerian mobile police! This happened less than an hour ago.
An eye witness claimed the robbers were two, they were already robbing some cars in from of the white man when his personal security opened fire against them. Shortly, help came from mobile police men who were around the area.
The criminals tried to zoom off but one was unlucky as he was shot on his laps by one of the mobile police men. He has been taken away to police station.

The President General was allegedly gunned down by assassins as he was preparing for today's father's day celebration.
It was gathered that the community were said to have been thrown into mourning, heartbroken, confused and totally in grieve over the ugly development.
The community youths and women of Isu LGA have called on the Imo State Police commissioner and government to quickly unravel the circumstances and those behind the gruesome murder of Chief Okeh.
Meanwhile, the corpse of chief Bede has been evacuated by the Isu LGA Police Division and deposited in the morgue.

24hourNigeriane: One Samuel Ucheihero Njoku, a. k. a SammyRocco, a fresh graduate of the Federal Polytechnic, Nekede was allegedly shot dead on Sunday, June 11, by one Uche Obiaku, who is suspected to be a cultist.
In retaliation, irate youths of the Umuokoto Nekede, in Owerri West Council Area, Imo State set the family compound of the suspect ablaze. By then the suspect and members of his family had fled the village.
According to Sun News, about 10 persons have been killed in supremacy wars between various rival cult groups in Nekede, which is the host community of the Federal Polytechnic.
The deceased, who the second to the last child of the family and had just graduated from the Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri.
Speaking to The Sun, a family said that on that fateful dau, the victim was washing his clothes when he received a phone call about 9.20 am and he left to see a relation within the neighbourhood.
As he was returning home, the alleged suspect, Uche Obiaku, accosted him. According to the source the deceased knelt down and begged for his life to be spared when his assailant allegedly brought out a pistol threatening to shoot him. Apparently believing that Obiaku had been placated by the plea, the victim stood up to walk away. But, surprisingly the suspect shot him point blank in the back, shattering the spine cord, killing him instantly. Then he fled from the scene.
On what could have led to the alleged murder of Samuel by Obiaku, the source said that the only misunderstanding between the deceased and the suspect was a disagreement the deceased had with the suspect’s friend from Umuerim, a neighbouring village and that since then, the suspect had been targeting the victim and eventually killed him before absconding.
"Before the killing of Samuel, the father of Uche, had always boasted that anybody who insults him in the village would be dealt with by his son." he said.
"But on that Sunday morning when his son killed Samuel, who was an easy going young man and from a responsible family, the youths of the community were very angry and mobilized to the Obiaku family home, but before they got there the entire family members had fled. The angry youths proceeded to set the entire home ablaze, because their mission was to capture Uche alive because he had become a problem to the entire community with his cult activities with the active support of his father."
The Police Public Relations Officer of the Imo state Command, Mr. Andrew Enwerem who confirmed the incident said that the command had commenced investigation into the matter
