A roadside vendor was caught using his Urine to wash cucumbers he sold to unsuspecting members of the public. This shocking incident occurred in Owerri, Imo state, recently.

PoliticsNGR learnt that the vendor was seen urinating in a bottle and using it to wash cucumbers he displayed for sale on his wheelbarrow. He was accosted by some eagle-eyed individuals and in minutes a mob had formed.

According to an eyewitness, Barrister Onwukaike Paschal, the mob threw away his cucumbers and forced him to eat them and drink the contents of the bottle. It reportedly took 20 minutes for him to comply.Below are photos from the scene;

It was gathered that she paid a visit to him and after been given the treatment of a brother who saw her long gone sister, she absconded with his money. It was giving a suit case full of female clothing's and giving a hundred dollar!

Men of the underworld set a house ablaze after making away with goods and other valuables during a robbery operation in Benin City, Edo State. According to an eyewitness, the robbers who came back to complete their mission after initially leaving the premises - set the house on fire out of sheer wickedness.

"This is what arm robbers did to a friends house early hours of this morning at our Edo popular musician hostel "VICTOR UWAIFO" off college road Benin city..

The incident occurred at about 9pm when the robbers was breaking my friends neighbours door. So my friend made a call to alert some guys in the area to come to their aid so the robbers heard them making calls and they left.... So my friends and other neighbours was to scared to spend the night there so they left

At about 12am they received a call that the robbers came back and took their few expensive belongings and set the house ablaze...

Now they are stranded with just the clothes they wore since yesterday...... ACT OF WICKEDNESS !!!!"

This is very unfortunate. A viral video which is trending online features two women who were filmed shamelessly fighting themselves in their compound. One of the women ensured that she disgraced the other as she removed the lady's wrapper - leaving her totally unclad and exposed in front of everyone present.

The worst part is that the women's children (including those crying) were present - watching their mothers fight in public.

The fight later ended when the men in the compound came to separate them.

A Nigerian police officer showed his gallantry when a 'politician' tried to intimidate him on a highway in Delta state.

The incident which was captured in trending video showed the man telling the officer who was on duty that he will not open his car boot after the policeman pulled him over for a search.

He said "I will rather die than to open any boot, you are doing an illegal job here"

The man is seen calling a senior police officer in Delta who instructed the policeman not to check the man's trunk 'because he is an S/A to a politician in the state'.

Seeing that the young police officer was not intimidated, the 'politician' stepped out of his car and opened the boot

The lifeless body of Odimayo who was kidnapped last Thursday was found by local vigilantes near Ogolo in Ese Odo Local Government Area of the state.

Gunmen had abducted Odimayo popularly called “Londoner” at his home in Igbotu community demanding for ransom before they could set him free.

The spokesperson of the state police command, Femi Joseph who confirmed the development, said the suspects arrested in connection with the murder will be charged to court.

The process the governor applied in getting the signature is entirely wrong in law and I doubt if an unbiased judge won't throw it out.

A lady in her early 30s was, yesterday, caught at Elepe, Ikorodu, Lagos. She was allegedly caught trying to take a child from her mother's room.


The child's mother caught her chanting incantations on the child so she had to call the people around who helped her in holding the woman.

On 16/06/2017, one Rev. Father (name withheld) of Okigwe Catholic Diocese was kidnapped and robbed of his Toyota Highlander jeep while on transit along Umuokpu Agbajah in Nwangele L.G.A by five unidentified armed men. On report of incident, operatives of the State Anti-Kidnapping Unit swung into action through tracking of the hoodlums. On 18/06/2017, the victim was successfully rescued unhurt at Umuokpu forest in Agbajah Nwangele L.G.A. of Imo State and his Toyota Highlander jeep subsequently recovered at Umuocham in Agbajah Nwangele L.G.A. The above mentioned suspects were arrested in connection with the kidnap/robbery of the victim. Suspects have confessed to the crime and are cooperating with investigation. The suspect on sighting the police operatives took to his heels. Coordinated efforts are being made to apprehend the fleeing suspect.

Addressing newsmen during a press conference today, 20th June, 2017, at the Imo State Police Command Headquarters, Owerri, the commissioner of Police Imo State CP Chris Ezike stated that the Rev Father was rescued unhurt on Saturday in a forest in Agbaja in the Nwangele Local Government Area of Imo State and three of the kidnappers were nabbed immediately.
The victim’s Toyota Highlander jeep was recovered from the suspects and they have also made confessional statements to us. Investigations are ongoing. We will charge them to court. We will not rest on our oars until all the bad elements are flushed out of the state. Imo people have a right to enjoy our protection and that is what we are offering them,he said. He further stated that the Imo State Police Command got intelligence and information about the activities of the suspect and with the help of a search warrant his house and shrine were searched where the human skull and other exhibits were found.

“He ran away. We have declared him wanted and his mother is with us. She is helping us in the investigation. I assure Imo people that we will get him” the Imo Police boss said.
