Maybe two...hope you're lactose-tolerant? in case you aren't though....Try other things like: reading a book(but mind you,you'll tend to strain ur eyesight),try meditation,massaging the sides of your head,listen to soft music or even audio messages.
But to really enjoy a good night rest,you need to limit night activities(night browsing,doing office work at home etc) and most importantly reduce the intake of Caffeine and other stimulants during the day.

There's a tendency for such 'quick fix' habits to be,not only addictive but self-destructive to not only your psyche as an individual but your body as well(viz poor feeding habits: making you prone to gaining or losing weight as the case may be). There are better ways of handling temperaments other than that. The good old practice of positive thinking never goes out of fashion. Everything boils down to the mastery of your mind: Your thought-process(how you see things,the way you react to things and your ability to know and understand your self accurately). These things embody what is called Emotional Intelligence.

Remember our mind is very powerful,anything we do to it determines how much of a socially functional person we become in our sphere of influence.

Well, if you see raising children to be a 'burden' ,sacrificing your time, personal comfort etc in order to bequeath a legacy for them, then you can't truly say you've lived! you are merely existing!
People don't understand that the greatest reward or gratification in life lies in doing those things that challenge you to bring out your best. yes,and that also includes raising children.
What is life, if all you ever do is live for yourself and yourself alone?that's a selfish way of life. I feel it doesn't grow and mature you as an individual. Responsibilities that come with parenthood often times come to test our humanity,our limit of endurance but it is not meant to break us, rather it is meant to stretch our capacity to give more of ourselves for a good course.

That's his faith. The same bible also let's us know that we are not exempted from challenges in any form,but we are comforted in knowing that in those challenges our hope,strength and faith in God through Jesus Christ elevates us high above them. That is why you may see a ( true) Christian going through tough issues but yet seem unperturbed,the world doesn't understand.

It is in the face of trials&tribulations that true believers' faith is tested and made strong when they overcome.
