I somewhat agree with his comments..

17 000+ out of 80,000 indicates a disproportionate ratio (12.8% of Americans identify as black or African Americans, Hispanics sit at 18% at last census) when looking at overall figures. I feel these Covid-19 figures are an underestimate, imho.

This should ginger the authorities to identify ways of reducing factors that have led to this, supported by these lobbying groups rather than refuting facts as they stand.
