blessedvisky: Nonsense. As if it were the other way around, Muslims will fight for consideration of non-muslims.
This MURIC is becoming an open terrorist organization. Who are those affected? Secondary school students who are muslims. How many days are involved? 1 Friday. What's the population of Muslim students writing exams on that Friday? Definitely less than a million. I guess Allah will destroy all the nations participating in Waec exams for causing young people to miss worship for 1 Friday due to exams.
This shit is irritating Go back to the topic and read. then you will see that, it wasn't only one Friday it affected. Then mind you, it affected both the teachers, the students and the invigilators not only secondary school students. comprehend! |

Family › Gender Discrimination: Its Effects And Prospects by teefaht(op): 4:39pm On Feb 13, 2018 |
Gender discrimination has been a re-occurring decimal in the world.
The act of treating a particular gender - male or female unfairly or seen as less important (female especially in the African settings) is tagged as gender discrimination.
Truly, this act is barbaric; its consequences on the society bite hard on the females gender who are mostly deny of formal education.
It equally brings unemployment to the feminines who are often disallowed to do certain jobs, thereby, preventing them from becoming career persons.
Indeed, there is need to curb this ugly trend by giving equal opportunities for men and women and equally, there is need for reform in all aspects of our culture that encourage gender discrimination.
Lastly, there should be regular campaigns and public enlightenment on the need for people to respect the basic fundamental rights of every individual.
Unequivocally, gender inequality or discrimination is an act of overt infringement of the fundamental human rights. This should stop.
How do you think your gender has affected your working life? |
Politics › Female President Or Male President: Which Can Give The Best? by teefaht(op): 10:24am On Feb 09, 2018 |
Over the years there has been agitation as to who can bring the best in leadership.
Some are of the opinion that females are weaker sex and their feminity affects everything they do while others are of the view that males are leaders by nature, therefore can give the best.
But now the big question is: if females are given the chance to become leaders will their feminity dominate? or the tenderness of their heart as a loving creatures?
The second question now is: does the masculinity of the males give automatic assurance as good leaders? or the pre - eminence of their nature as rigid beings? Which do we reckon or which will salvage our situation. Male or Female President?
Let's hear your opinion.

iamrealdeji: whenever Nigerians start a trend, they follow it stupidly, that's why Africans are considered as apes, they don't think right and just follow any style they bring to them. many Christians are into this beard gang shit today but the same people would term people as terrorists if they see any bearded person in the last 5 years. how would anybody feel confident with these bushy beards? it makes them look like they just came back from prison or they just woke up from jungle. well,it covers flaws of guys though but leave beards to Alfas and Muslim clerics,it belongs to them and it looks great on them and their dressing. The day a guy came to my shop with this long beards,he thought he looked cool but I was scared of him and he looked very weird to me. don't get me wrong. I am an hairy person and can grow my beards this long even without all these treatments but I prefer to shave it all off to show my true face. during Ramadan I usually grow my beards long and it means I'm using it to serve my God ideally and not for any trendy stuff have you ever seen a picture of Jesus without beards? or any of the prophet without beards? Muslims Leave their beards as a sign of respect for the prophets. growing beards to serve God u said? tell me more |

FOLYKAZE: Mosques collect donations, they sell religious materials. They also have schools sometime inside the mosque or a building beside where student pay school fees. All these must be taxed duly.
Moreso, the mosque should pay property tax. Mosques are not for business purposes I repeat! They don't sell religious materials nor own schools, those are for the associations as I said earlier. |

Christianity Etc › Re: Churches And Mosques To Pay Tax In Lagos; Land Use Charge To Be Reviewed by teefaht(f): 11:15am On Dec 29, 2017 |
FOLYKAZE: Is Buhari not paying tax too? He earns salary after tax has been deducted.
And where is the evidence that Yusuf medical bill is offset from tax money? You guys just real out garbage from your anu just to prove a point.
On the principle of equity, the Church and Mosque is a business avenue which must be taxed. In UK, churches and religion centres are been taxed. This is because most full term pastors and bishops are been paid salary. The church earn revenue from every possible means. Either by selling religion items or offering money for special prayers. All these are no different from corporate organizations that render services or Industries that sells manufactured products which are taxed.
The Church property like every other Business properties should be taxed. The Sales revenue and Salaries of Pastors should be taxed too. There should no exception because both Church and it operators earn money. There is money flow that is taxable. These pastors or whatever they tag themselves should pay income tax just like every person. And the church which makes money from the congregation should also pay tax just like every other business or institution Mosques are not being used for business purposes. Imams are not being paid nor generating any revenues. Where would they get the money from? The government should look into this. They should rather tax the Muslim associations like NASFAT, ANSARUDEEN, MSSN etc |
