but i'm the type that spell words correctly when i write them out. Somehow, i know the spelling is wrong once they are handwritten.
i might just prepare and go for that next since all my preparatory sessions(LISTENING, READING) are on a pc.
i always thought CBT was not an option, but now, do i even i have an option?

Why don't you try CBT. You scored 8 in your second attempt, it's possible you missing something right that helped you in the second attempt

I think you should raise an EOR + prayers (it works)

I know a lady that wrote it 7 times and made it at the 7th attempt by requesting EOR

3RD- SEPT 8TH 2018: LRWS- 8.5, 7.0, 6.0, 8.5 (MOD) EOR CHANGED WRITING TO 6.5

4TH- SEPT 29TH 2018: LRWS- 8.0, 7.0, 6.5, 8.5 (MOD) EOR UNCHANGED

5TH- FEB 14TH 2019: LRWS- 8.5, 8.0, 6.5, 8.0 (BC) EOR CAME OUT UNCHANGED TODAY

I THINK I SHOULD ADD THAT ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE CANADIAN EXPRESS ENTRY ARE READY AND AVAILABLE AND MY MAJOR CHALLENGE IS THE WRITING COMPONENT.

I'm back again and IELTS has done it again.
I just checked my result online and here we go again:

FEB 14TH 2019: LRWS- 8.5, 8.0, 6.5, 8.0 (BC)

This would be the 5th test.
other results are:

1st APRIL 2017: LRWS- 8.5, 6.5, 6.0, 7.5 (BC)
2nd OCT 2017: LRWS- 7.0, 8.0, 8.0, 7.5 (BC). EOR came back like an occupied body bag.
3rd SEPT 8TH 2018: LRWS- 8.5, 7.0, 6.0, 8.5 (MOD). EOR upgraded Writing to 6.5
4th SEPT 29TH 2018: LRWS- 8.0, 7.0, 6.5, 8.5 (MOD). EOR came back with ZERO INERTIA.

I would raise another Bank Draft for EOR as i've got no other option.
i would be requesting for a remark of W&S at the point of collecting my TRF on Friday as they only open for collection on MONDAYS, TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS .
Right now i feel no heart beating, I just need to keep kicking.

I have a little enquiry I need to confirm up here, and it's about the bank charges attached to investing in tbills regardless of whether it's in the primary or secondary market.

Based on multiple successful tbill tenders I've done, both in the primary and secondary market over time, specifically with stanbic IBTC, I've come to the conclusion that the standard bank charges for investing in tbills with STANBIC are:

TRANSACTION FEE(standard flat fee)
Primary market : 315Naira
Secondary market :300Naira.

COMMISSIONS (standard flat fee)
Primary market : 100Naira
Secondary market : Non

SAFE KEEPING FEE
This, I know nothing of how they come about the figures.

Though not significant enough to lodge complains about, they do not correlate with the 0.125% concept.

Let's take the "CONFIRMATION OF INVESTMENT " @C505 posted up here on page 674 as an example.

The 0.125% rule doesn't work here at all.
If you make it a percentage of the "Face Value", "Discounted Value" or even the "Interest Paid Upfront ".
Non works.

I would like to get clarification on this, as my research and calculations so far seem to have failed me because, at any point I purchase tbills, the total sum of charges deducted is still significantly less than 0.125% of anything.

NB: I have tried out the Tbills Calculator. It's pretty impressive but doesn't answer the questions I seek.
Even the calculator says "charges varies and are not 100% accurate ".

I just Got the Credit Alert for STANBIC IBTC T BILLS Primary auction that took place this week.
I tendered for the 182days tenors bill using bank rates, and it seems STANBIC'S rate(based on calculation of the interest paid) is 13.1% on the dot.
These guys know exactly what to bid.
Amazing.

I'm yet to get the Notification of Advice though. Hopefully before the end of tomorrow.

By percentage it is, but they know its just for 38 days so the interest you get from it is not so significant except you investing big. at this rate, a whole 10mill just gives you about 150k as interest.

I know how you feel coz I was in that shoe some months ago.

I battled with IELTS for exactly a year (29 July 2017 - 28 July 2018). Within this period, I wrote IELTS 7 times (3 times with BC, 4 times with MOD) and requested for remark thrice.

I love the fact that you are considering remark. Go for it bro!! remain focused on the goal.

I feel your pain bro. It really is quite annoying and depressing but you will eventually scale through, no doubt. Giving up is not an option as it will surely end in praise. Looking at your September 8th and 29th tests, this shows that you need more push on your Writing skills. Let's see how your EOR goes too.

I really didn't expect my first post on this thread to be this gloomy but I have to do this just to lift my spirit a little.

I've been following up on this thread as far back as 2016, but.....

I might just decide to speak broken and ditch English throughout this week.

This is, or is it,are my IELTS result so far. The 29th September test was delayed and wasn't released till couple of minutes ago.
