My simple advice for you is as follows:

1) Pursue the Canada travel as this is the best time to go based on your stated age of 22. You get a lot of points for express entry if you are within the age bracket of 21 to 29, have a degree and work experience in Canada so now is the time to go.

2) Once you have full residency in Canada, if you like you can come back to invest in your Naija poultry business with all your Canadian dollars you may have saved for this goal.

I am doing something similar - based in the UK and running property business in Naija.

So with good planning, patience and timing you can achieve both goals.

If you can view last seen, profile pictures,her WhatsApp status emphasis on "last seen" again on WhatsApp and whenever you sent her messages it double blue checked on your phone most of the time she has nothing to hide and might be a good lady.

If you can also view last seen of a naija babe who's on business WhatsApp and also when you sent her message it shows double blue check you can still trust her small

But if you can not view your babe last seen and she's on business WhatsApp and whenever you sent her messages it not double blue checked and you can't even view her WhatsApp status she's definitely hiding something from you and I sometimes believe some of these ladies on business WhatsApp are into hookup and they use WhatsApp business status to cover up

By soft skill, I want to assume you mean digital skill.

Whatever you decide upon, ask yourself if you have the brain capacity to handle or process the skill you so long for.

I laugh when people say they want to learn coding, become a web master or software engineer. That shii ain't for dullards. It's not even for smart people who want to start making money from it immediately. The best time to start learning some digital skills is when you are a teenager or early twenties, when the troubles of life are minimal. You cannot learn some skills while being distracted by your wife and children or village people.

I know a lot, I have gathered plenty knowlege and skills, most of which I started learning when I was very young. Don't be like the lots of Nigerians who have jumped at a skill and ran out after a couple of months. Think well.

In a nutshell, digital skills is not for everyone. Some will become successful selling spear parts at Ladipo or selling laptops and phones at computer village.
