You are just a middle man. The client paid for the domain and owns it.

Depends on the Contractal Agreement. Some package them seperately. Clients of all works of life need to know wwhat states what. In my case I have over everything but what works for 'Taiye' might not be the same with 'Kehinde'. So if you are a client you need to shine your eyes well well

why not go by the way of using sponsors. we have a lot of marketers here that would jump at the offer of free publicity.

it takes around 3 months for an expired domain to be back on the market provided in-house does not show interest in it along the way.

actually one of my goals is to have those I.T centers in every state so those with great ideas and limited resources can just walk in with a pc(those that have it) and utilize power and internet access and mentors help them through.

money saved is as good as profits made. as all businesses are profit oriented, cost saving practices as long as nothing is jeopardised are advised. techniques like flat file cacheing, would go a long way in stressing server resources

you can also do domain parking with google for ad returns

what i am wishing for one of these days is to see a noble company setting up I.T campuses but that would need a lot of capital to see it running and zeal. one day sha maybe ....

simply register as a seller and be sure to let your price be inexpensive for faster sales. showing good traffic stats/traffic would give you higher evaluation but if it is domain alone also possible. just read through the site, you have all the help

try flippa.com for selling the one you want m leave out. small change might still come out sending the expiry date. I feel anything ladies have better market chances if managed well
