i just hope this is not a delay or politics tactic to coax workers into voting the party that 'would increase their pay' if they win the elections. 'we will pay' does not always equal 'we are able to pay'. we don't yet have all it takes to do this.

i foresee inflation rising fast especially when crude rise reverses should even if the 56k is implemented. this time around the dollar would push outwards the 600 level with ease. recession immediately following a recession would not be child's play.

Pros do not 'just' take 200 pips cause price moved 200 pips or cause its their defined r:r. They take minimum 200 pips if price moved 200 pips.

If price moved 500 pips, pros take minimum 500 pips, maximum: infinity
If price moved 1000 pips, pros take minimum 1000 pips, maximum: infinity

I would be using myself as an example on this. No matter how 'good' or en-graced or confident I am with any trade I tend to tell myself that

- What I am seeing is what I am seeing, and do not know what world event would push a continuation or reverse of the trend
- What I am see is a trade chart record of what 'has' happened
- No be my papa get forex

I purely do what my indicators based on past analysis and backtests tell me to do. If I make money no biggie, If I lose, no biggie. I just take the cards am being dealt and make good use of the opportunities life - more specifically the market - presents.

More accurately in answering your point raised redsox11, I do not know when the market will move 50, 100, 200, 500 or 1000 pips. I just hang on till the boys tell me to and rush out (eat hit and run ) when they call it off or when a stop is hit. Sometimes it is little I gain and sometimes a huge haul.

Not knowing and not caring how far creates a sort of detachment that add the fun and removes the seriousness and desperacy from trading. My most consistent profits are mostly in the 25, 30, 40, 60 pips range. Once in a while 100+ and in a blue moon, 200+.

Personally apart from bishopric regulations, I see polygamy as a system gone out of fashion. I also have not seen a restitution quote on polygamy from the bible.
