You took this out of mouth. I scan through players of other countries most players there are even playing championship or Obscure leagues. Czech, Sweden, Wales, Slovakia etc but they play better. Even Spain and Netherland check their players most are just very average. For example Dumfries of PsV and Patrick van Aanholt are starting for Netherlands at wing back, van Aanholt is not even a guaranteed stater at Palace, their attack is Depay and Weghorst, none will get a starting place in any top 4 club. The issue with England is just the technical ability of the handlers
