Nyc update. What exactly is Jesse hiding nah |
Hi readers. Boumee claims she's having difficulties uploading another update on this story. MODs please kindly help rectify her account. Thanks. Meanwhile, she sent me an update to my mail while her account is being rectified. Enjoy: *** He had loved her from the very moment he set eyes on her. Love at first sight. It was on a Monday night, in 2011 February 14, he had seen her looking around. She was obviously lonely, not alone, because she had a companion who was chatting away with friends and seemed to forget he brought a beautiful lady to the Valentine's party. Now he(Jesse) knew was Tunji. Tutu had whispered something into Tunji's ear, he nodded and she walked away. Jesse didn't miss the opportunity to talk to her. He walked towards her direction. "Oh!" he deliberately bumped into her. "Oow... I. I'm ...so so sorry." Tutu stammered. "I didn't mean to spill my glass of wine on your shirt" Her voice sounded fragile and strong at the same time. He didn't believe in love at first sight but now, he guessed he'd be preaching it. Her eyes were golden brown and beautiful. So were her lips, nose and face. She had a long jaw which made her all the more beautiful.... She frowned. Then he realised he had been foolishly staring at her. He forgot what she had done or more appropriately, what he had deliberatley caused. "You are beautiful." he said. "Thank you." she replied politely. "I'm sorry again about the wine stain." He looked down at his white shirt. "Oh.. It's no problem but, you'd pay." "With?" "Your name." "Sounds fair enough. I am Adetutu." "Hmmn, Tutu. I am Babajide Jesse Akinyele. You could call me Jide or Beejay." he held out his hand. She took it and started to shake hands with him until she realised he only wanted to hold her hand or rather rub his fingers over it. It felt intimate. She pulled out her hand immediately and began to stammer. "I.. I was about to....I...erm... wanted to..I was.. going to..." She had felt the electric shock his hand had caused. She didn't know what had come over her. "It's okay."Jesse sensed her discomfort. "Why are you walking alone? Don't you have a boyfriend or date?" She was about to answer rudely by asking the same question but she thought that wouldn't be polite. "I just want to walk. I'm bored and....I DO have a boyfriend." "Cool. But he's not here. I can walk with you...If you don't mind? That's a good enough compensation for staining my shirt." he added jokingly. She laughed at his 'extra' choice of 'compensation'. "Ok. I hope this's the last thing you'd ask of me." "I hope so too." he continued. She drank what wine was left in her glass and handed it to a passing waiter. Jesse held her hand. She didn't object. It felt really comfortable and uncomfortable at the same time. This was a stranger she had met 4minutes ago. He also felt as if a part of him had stopped searching, Like, he had reached his final destination. He stopped walking when they got to an empty space with just a few people moving around, then turned her to face him. He was lost in her eyes again. She looked lost in his too. His face was getting closer to her's. They were going to kiss. He was sure of this. Very sure. Until....... "Baby.....babe, I've been looking around for you. What are you doing here....with this man?" Tunji sounded angry and scared. "I....I ..just..I was..." here she was again. Blinking and stammering. "She needed a walk. She was bored so, I decided to take a walk with her. I couldn't leave a young lady walking around alone." Jesse said, challenging Tunji. "Thank you."Tunji said, then turned to Tutu who just found her composure."You should have told me that." Tutu rolled her eyes. "I told you that before I left and you were OK with-" Tunji kissed her to shut her up and it worked. Jesse stayed there grinding his teeth. He knew Tunji did that because Jesse was looking. Then he went ahead to put his hand on her back and slide it down her butt. He just wanted to show Jesse he owned Tutu. "Thank you once again. Happy Valentine's." Tunji continued. He turned around and walked away with Tutu who turned back to take a last glance at Jesse. Babajide Jesse Akinyele, stood for a while and stared on after them. He was sure he loved her because a part of him felt incomplete again. He wondered why a girl as good as Tutu would end up with a drunk like Tunji. |

permithias ode! Feels Butterfly has gt sum feelings for him. Also, Lillian is bullying him emotionally(dunno want dat means). Also, laveda is investigating him to know if hex got feelings for her. Hez sleepin in Sabina's bed tonyt sha tho he feels she's neutral.. Biggie advised him n told him to beware cos hell hath no fury like a woman scorned |
Butterfly: complete disregard for her opinion rubs her off in the house. She deals with conflict by being silent. |
Mr 265: he feels housemates really do not understand why they are in the house. He used the confrontation between jj, Tayo and Alusa as an example. Also, Tayo reaction n apology today really reduced the tension in the house cos they all are workin together nw. He feels Tayo's apology was sincere but the statement that if the housemates do not like him, that Africa also does not like him came out wrong cos he felt he was apologising so that Africa could forgive him n vote for him. |
Lillian DS: She feels shez secure/safe. shez glad people sees her as a threat in the house by nominating her and shez confident Africa is going to save her. |
Frankie and Tayo discussin about a lady Frankie likes. Not sure who. Toyo then advised him not to be too careful so as not to lose her. |
