Awwr.. Congratulations. Happy for you.

Got a negative outcome from VETASSESS this morning.

Qualification was positive but Employment was termed negative n not closely aligned with Agricultural scientist..but to Agricultural consultant.

Hoping to get a positive feedback after a reassessment by changing nominated occupation.

Anyone have an idea of how long reassessment takes?

chidike:
Hey guys,

I haven't been here in a long time, been too depressed to check, I submitted my application to vetassess on 10 October 2016, and since then, it has been one request after the other, at a point I just said, whatever abeg, I no do again. There's nothing vetassess did not ask for.

I am happy to say that I got my positive outcome today, I am so excited. Can't wait to proceed with EOI.

By my calculations;

Age - 30 points
English - 20 points
Experience - 5 points
Education - 15 points
Total - 70 points

Thanks to everyone

You can only do either western union or moneygram in one bank per quarter but you can have people use their own slot for you in that quarter.

Hello Jamson

Please which of d banks granted u western union payment?

jamson:

Exactly! Do make sure all is done from your end as to filling and uploading. Make an attempt to pay, copy and send your friend the payment url and of course, he will require your access credentials to access your payment page.

Good morning..

PTE results came back yesterday evening:

Listening 86, Speaking 86, Writing 87 Reading 78.

Enabling skills:
Grammer 81, Oral Fluency 76, Pronunciation 80, Spelling 47, Vocabulary 85, Written Discourse 79

Fiance is so pissed. He was scored 47 in Spelling and he is still wondering how or why cos he wasn't asked to spell anything and he ensured he avoided typos. It was even the Speaking section he was unsure of.

Just one point. It is well sha..

Sure. That was what I meant.

The big church wedding wil definitely come later. Just want to confirm that d court certificate being issued few weeks to lodging a visa wil not be seen as being fraudulent....

bellong:

Don't elope, make sure you both get parental consent for the relationship.

You can do a court wedding with your parents and family only attending. The certificate is enough evidence, at least the church certificate is useless except to decorate your wardrobe.
Government agencies reckon with government issued certificate.

Thank you so much. I'm the spouse...not the friend in question and he is not a nairalander. I wil be handling all d applications while he privides the required documents to aid d process. So I wil definitely be asking more questions on his behalf grin

We want to elope so we need the visa to be granted before any noise making is done. Lol

Thanks bellong

bellong:

Not necessarily the first step except your assessing authority requires an English test.

@teewhysafe,

Why not let your friend ask the question himself/herself. You wouldn't be asking on her behalf everytime.

To the question, yes as long as she can provide documentary evidence.

Although, I want to believe you are the friend in question..

2. The transcript can be arranged anytime. However, it is advisable to pay for the assessment before sending it so VETASSES can be able to match your documents to you.

3. Yes, he can add the fiance provided he has evidence of the relationship to support it. Why not marry once and for all? It doesn't cost much to for wedding ceremony except you guys want to shut down national stadium... cheesy

Hello everybody, its really being enlightening reading thru this thread from page 0. I would like to ask the following questions on behalf of a friend.
Background:
He has a degree in Agriculture (Crop production) from Fed Uni of Tech, Minna.
Targets on getting points from Age, Qualification and English test (20) only:65pts
However, requires one year experience according to VETASESS.
He is nominating an Agricultural scientist occupation and is working in an Agricultural based company (crop-protection products, farm input(seeds, fertilizers) and provision of agriculture-related services) but in the sales/marketing dept.
My questions:
1. If he is able to match the job description needed by ANSZCO, do you think that he stands a chance at being assessed positively? one of his bosses is willing to sign his employment reference letter highlighting 5 main duties which will highly correlate with what ANSZCO requires but are not his current job description.
2. Should official transcript be arranged for, before paying for skill assessment or after?
3. If after getting an ITA, can his spouse also go along with him if a court certificate is produced so the visa can be lodged prior to their main wedding ceremony?

Thanks in anticipation of ur responses

Successful candidates will be given a route plan which entails the hospitals they have to visit.
Detailers will engage expecting mums (pregnant women) on their antenatal days and talk to them about their health (nutrition, hygiene etc).
The general purpose is to introduce Purit which is an antiseptic very important for Nursing mothers and their babies.
If you have friends/relatives that meet the criteria above, pls share.
Thanks

Such a lovely thread. Thanks to all who shared. I learnt three major lessons: Patience, Perseverance & Prayer helps. Been so scared of marriage but due to societal pressure and expectations, I was almost about to just settle for the sake of being married. After reading all these, I choose to wait for God's will and I hope to share my story here soon.
