so they should use #40,000 or #50,000 making calls because they want to give #30,000 abi?? that's is part or the problems of the this country, the overhead is always more that what they actually spend on capital projects, they approved the program since April, opened application September and promise to pay by October but here we are in November they are still busy making calls with #50,000 for each person because of #30,000.
