I heard most companies and organization employ white hat to secure informations and other related things.

You can read pdf, join some hacking tutorials sites like hackcraze.com, u can also browse youtube, tutuorialspoint is also cool.
Just type (ethical hacking tutorialspoint.com) on google and u can also learn from them too.
Google is ur friend bro.
U also have to be careful in downloading of hacking stuffs, and installation and testing cause u might end up destroying ur phone.
