I read through everything, 1stGenAmerican didn’t keep any cool, she actually gave it back to all that came for her hot hot! Lol!

All those that called her names were wrong tho, I feel strongly that it’s irresponsible for one to insult or resort to name calling on a public forum especially when discussing one’s opinion or POV.

This case at hand is quite complicated and I want to believe those in the legal system that has reviewed the case and believe the convicted fellow is guilty as charge (cc 1stGenAmerican) strongly have a reason to do so. But tbh, some words used in passing their verdict on the case and subtle attacks on those who were tilting towards neutrality with the hope that the fellow is innocent left a lot to be desired.

I am just an ordinary Nigerian typing from a corner of my room without any tangible solution or help to render and like I said earlier, Brian banks story made me felt somehow about this case.

Yes they were VERY sure. That was THE ONLY REASON HE WAS STOPPED. The Be On The Lookout was issued for the vehicle that the rape suspect was recorded leaving the scene in. The officer stopped that specific vehicle and the person driving it matched the suspect’s description.

Mr. Bah was NEVER questioned about anything else but the crime NOR DID POLICE ASK HIM ABOUT THE SIX FICTITIOUS SUVs HE IS LYING TO YOU ALL ABOUT PURCHASING.

Wrong. In America, no one is “invited to the police station” PLUS you all have the details wrong. When a BOLO was placed on the suspect’s vehicle, an officer spotted that vehicle, made a stop, and took Mr. Bah to the station where he was questioned, he waived his right to silence, and was arrested.

How could he “relocate” when he was apprehended just a few hours after the crime? Right, it is impossible.

The only setup that occurred isBah setting up people to believe his lies without you seeing the evidence the court used to convict him.

Mark my words, this man will never set foot on soil outside of a US prison.

A friend contacted me to take a look at this. The claims of Adedoja Bah do not stand up to cursory examination. He was convicted not as a matter of mistaken identity, but because DNA found at the scene matched his own. He's arguing that the tests were flawed, but a court ruled that they were not: the testing mechanism is the gold standard and the very best available. I would be the first person to advocate for someone convicted out of racial bias in Georgia. It exists. But that's not what happened here, and certainly not in Douglas County, which is not the rural banjo-playing south. It's a relatively affluent suburb of Atlanta that voted 2-to-1 for Joe Biden last year. There are parts of Georgia where justice for a Black person can be immediately questioned. Douglas County isn't one of them. It's the Nigerian equivalent of Ota or Lekki when talking about Lagos. He's trying to make it sound like he was arrested in Maiduguri.

The Georgia prison system is, indeed, terrible. It is unsanitary and dangerous -- and extremely so for people who commit crimes against children. His life is legitimately at risk. And so, I can imagine why he would look for some way to get out of prison.

But he did it. He's guilty of the crime. His protests are self-serving lies by a man with nothing but his life left to lose.

If that video was produced the jury and public would have seen that I was not the man in the footage nd that will be an exculpatory evidence for me because that was the man that committed this crime....
