Now, if none of you actively responding could not perform due diligence by examining less than 10 pages, why would I give access to a 1,200 page document that contains extremely sensitive information, not just about the victims but also about others?

It will be stupid to "tamper" with a DNA report that can easily be verified by many labs over and over again.
A suspect lawyer can simply request for a retest. It is that easy.
Note that it is not the police that carry out DNA tests.


Unless a suspect has an identical twin, DNA evidence is as strong as they come.
It is even better than having hundreds of eyewitness.

The OP may stand a chance of acquittal but that has nothing to do with his innocence or guilt but the
intelligence of his legal team if they believe him in the first place.

The were 4 cameras located at different locations in the complex

Camera 1 captured me : The clothing description by this lady and her family on 911 record showed the black male was wearing a Khaki short..... However I wasn't wearing khaki shorts.

There is another camera angle that captured the black male wearing khaki shorts, this video was viewed by a detective Adam Kiker and he wrote in his observatory report that he saw the black male that wears khaki short on camera.

That was the black male the lady reported,where is the video so that the world could see the face of the assailant.

This video was never released.......

Detective Adam Kiker also testified at the trial that he has seen the video and man in khaki short.

The video is an exculpatory evidence for me because I can never be at two different locations at the same time wearing two different types of cloth.

I have sent a copy of the 911 to Chatinent
I have sent a copy of the police officer report also
I also sent the police office trial testimony where he admitted to have seen the video of the man in khaki short.

The lady and her family all testified at the trial that the man was wearing khaki short.

Let us assume the victim was traumatized and made the mistake, how about the police officer that watched the surveillance video and confirmed he saw the man in khaki short was he traumatized also? And 3 years later,he came to the trial to testify under oath to this report.

The police maliciously confused the general public by showing the wrong video,even though they are in possession of the real culprit video.

The documents I posted DOES say that 2 sets of DNA were found. One belonged TO THE VICTIM and the other belonged TO YOU.

ANYONE in the US with a JD that is reading WILL NOT HELP YOU because the more you talk, the more we can tell that you are purposely being deceptive. There is no way on Gods green earth that a jury will find someone guilty when the DNA presented in court belongs to someone not related to the crime. That may happen in Nigeria but NOT HERE.

The people still believing you and asking me questions prove that they are clueless about the US Justice System.The Nigerian consulate will not help you because you lied to them. The person attending your Pretrial hearings stopped going and started ignoring you when the evidence and YOUR statements showed them you were lying.
