Although I understand him, and I understand where he's coming from. No disrespect to people who have worked or currently working as contract staff o, but I believe the guy's myopic view mostly stemmed from either working as a contract staff for a long time before getting a full-time job or working in a mid-sized firm with poor pay structure.

People like that will always find it difficult to believe that there are people who earn decently well doing almost the same thing they do in their workplace.

If u notice how he kept urging posters on the thread in the first 3 pages to mention the specific companies they know that pay that well, u will know that he's planning to go and start bombing those companies with application after doing ignorant gra-gra on nairaland.
