Also, I tell people, the older you get, I'd say over 40, the slimmer/ lighter you should get because your bones can't support as much weight as we get older. Once you are at 40, start making intentional effort to maintain a very healthy weight and that comes down to what and how you eat/ drink. The slimmer/ lighter, the better at or over 40 for men.

In Nigeria, If you get slim people start thinking you're hungry or abusing drugs/alcohol.

Especially those people joining as normal recruits.
Pure waste of life. But then again, which life? The ones joining as recruits are already failures in life, so they have no other option. The guy the lady is talking about probably joined as a normal recruit.
